ÖZET STOK KONTROLÜ VE BÎR TEKSTİL İSLETMESİNDE UYGULAMASI Tez Danışmanı : Prof.Dr. Hüseyin 0Z6EN Tezi Hazırlayan : Arzu GüÇRAY ÇUKUROVA ÜNİVERSİTESİ Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İşletme Anabil im Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi üretimde kullanılacak ya da pazarlaması yapılacak olan hammadde, yarı mamul, mamul ve yardımcı malzeme birikimlerini stok olarak tanımlıyoruz. Stok planlama ve kontrolü sürecine sistem anlayışıyla yaklaşıldığında girdiler; tahminler. talep oranı, üretim oranı, eldeki stok düzeyi, verilmiş siparişler ve tedarik süreleridir. Çıktıları ise tekrarlı sipariş sistemleri,.basit sipariş sistemi, maliyetler ve karar kurallarıdır. Sistemi etkileyen kısıtlar; yönetim politikaları, çalışma sermayesi, çalışma alanı, işyeri kapasitesidir. Bu sistemin ahenkli yürütülmesi için işletme yöneticilerine büyük görevler düşmektedir.Kullanılan yöntemlerin bilimsel metodlara dayandırılması bu görevin yerine getirilmesinde kolaylıklar sağlayacaktır. Stokların izlenmesinde iki yöntem kullanılmaktadır Bunlar; 1. Periyodik Gözden Geçirme Yöntemleri, 2. Sürekli Gözden Geçirme Yöntemleri, Daha geniş kapsamlı olarak, ekonomik sağduyunun da ötesinde stok düzeylerinin, sipariş miktarlarının, tedarik sürelerinin ve maliyetlerin tesbitinde aşağıdaki matematiksel modellerden yararlanılabilir; şöyle ki - Deterministik Stok Modelleri - Stokastik Stok Modelleri Bu modellerin ve kontrol yöntemlerinin uygulanmasında geliştirilmiş kantitatif yöntemlerden ve bilhassa çağın gereği olan bilgisayarlardan yararlanmak işletmeler açısından büyük avantajdır.

ABSTRACT INVENTORY CONTROL and AN APPLICATION IN A TEXTILE FACTORY Supervisor : Prof.Dr. Hüseyin ÖZGEN Prepared By : Arzu GÜCRAY ÇUKUROVA UNIVERSITY Institute of Social Sciences Department of Business, M.A. Thesis Inventory planning and control is one of the most important factors which effects the profitability of an industrial organization. The cost caused by insufficient inventory planning reduce profitability, even though production might continue without visible disruptions. So, it is necessary to study nature of interrelated elements in the inventory system, to establish the relationships among them, and to develop inventory planning models and control methods based on those relationships. Inventories provide the operating flexibility which ensures that an organization operations perform smoothly and efficiently with so many billions of money invested ininventory today, proper inventory management and control an effect substantial saving to a company and more globally to the national and international economy. Main purposes, technique and organization of this thesis are given in the first section. Section 2 deals with main studies about inventory control. Section 3 is devoted to concepts, characteristics and basic components (these are costs, demand, safety stock, warehouses, etc.) of the inventory systems. In Section 4, Inventory control methods, deteministic and stochastic inventory models are dwelt upon with details. In Section 5, an application and the results of this application are presented. Simulation Technique and“BASIC”computer language are used for solving the problem. Finally Section 6 is devoted to recommendations and results of this study. vix
