Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Cumhuriyet savçalışmanın amacı, Cumhuriyet savcısının soruşturma safhasında 01.06.2005 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren ve Türk ceza ve ceza muhakemesi hukuku sisteminde köklü değişiklikler getiren 5271 sayılı Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu bağlamında görev ve yetkilerini konumuzla ilgili olan Yargıtay ve Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi kararları ve örnek olaylar ile birlikte incelemektir.

The purpose of this working is, in the investigation phasic examine the duties and commands of public prosectur related with the numbered 5271 law which put into on date 01.06.2005 and revolution in Turk criminal law system. We are going to give sample everts and examine these examples which are connected with our subject from Yargıtay and European Human Rights Court orders.
