Özet
Günümüzde ?Değişmeyen tek şey değişimin kendisidir? sözünden hareket ederek deği?imi reddetmeyen ve buna uyum sağlayabilen organizasyonlar varlıklarını devam ettirebilmektedirler. Değişim denilince akla gelen en önemli alanlardan birisi ise hiç ku?kusuz bili?im teknolojileridir. Bili?im teknolojilerinin geli?im ve deği?ime diğer pek çok alana göre daha açık olması ve her geçen gün kendini hızla yenilemesi nedeniyle bu teknolojileri kullanan ya da kullanmak isteyen i?letmeler diğerlerine göre daha dinamik olmak zorundadırlar. Gerek karar almada gerekse uygulamada ki çeviklikleri ile piyasadaki en dinamik aktörler arasında yer alan KOBİ? ler bu noktada diğer rakiplerine göre daha avantajlı konumda bulunmaktadırlar. Deği?ime çok daha çabuk adapte olabilme avantajına sahip KOBİ ler eğer bu avantajlarını doğru kullanabilirlerse hem ulusal pazarda hem de uluslararası pazarda rekabetçiliklerini arttırarak uluslararası piyasalarda daha etkin bir oyuncu olabileceklerdir. Önemi her geçen gün daha fazla anla?ılan bili?im teknolojileri son yıllarda KOBİ?lerimiz tarafından da sıkça kullanılmaya ba?lanmakla beraber maalesef hala istenilen düzeylere gelememi?tir. Yapılan bu çalı?mada ihracatçı KOBİ lerimizin bili?im teknolojileri kullanımları Çukurova Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren ihracatçı KOBİ ler üzerine yapılan anket çalı?masından da faydalanılarak irdelenmektedir. Araştırma ankete dayalı saha ara?tırması olması sebebiyle betimsel bir araştırmadır. Nowadays following the saying ?The only thing that do not change is the change itself? the organizations that do not reject change and adopt to it will only be able to survive. One of the most important spheres that comes into mind when saying change, is undoubtedly information technologies. Due to the fact that information technologies are more open to development and change than most of other spheres and more and more renew themselves, enterprises that use or are willing to use them must be more dynamic than others. With their agility on both taking decision and implementation, SMEs are among the most dynamic actors and at this point they are at a more advantageous place with regard to their competitors. If the SMEs that have the advantage of adopting to change quickly, can use this advantage correctly, they can be active players at international markets by increasing their competitiveness both in local and international markets. The information technologies whose importance is further understood day by day, is started to be used frequently by our SMEs in recent years but unfortunately the usage has not reached to desired levels yet. In this study, the exporter SMEs? usage of information technologies is examined by making use of a survey study on exporter SMEs acting in Çukurova region. As the research is a field study based on survey, it is a descriptive research. In the first part of the research, information technologies are examined and some information is given concerning the description of information technologies, theirhistorical development, the contribution of information technologies to enterprises and the usage of them in our country. In the second part of the research, some information is given by dwelling upon the concepts, ?SME? and ?export?. Moreover, policies and applications devoted to information technologies in our country and other countries are compared, and also the incentives directed to the support of the usage of information technologies among exporter SMEs are mentioned. In the third part of the research, a field study was made on 104 exporter SMEs, in order to determine the usage of information technologies among the exporter SMEs acting in Çukurova region. Data revealed with the survey is introduced statistically and interpreted. At the last part of the research, the results obtained are introduced and some suggestions are expressed.
