Özet
Küreselleşme süreci, akademik ve siyasi çevrelerde son dönemde tartışılan en popüler kavramlardan biridir. Bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerle hız kazanan küreselleşme; ekonomik, sosyal, teknolojik, kültürel ve politik açılardan global bütünleşme, entegrasyon ve dayanışmanın artması ve ekonominin uyumlu bir biçimde uluslararası ölçekte planlanması şeklinde ifade edilmektedir.Bu yüksek lisans tezinde, etkisi yerel veya bölgesel olarak sınırlandırılamayacak olan ve tüm toplumları etkileyecek güç ve boyutta olan küreselleşme kavramının istihdam ve emek piyasası üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda öncelikle birinci bölümde küreselleşme olgusu tarihsel süreçteki işleyişi dikkate alınarak, olumlu ve olumsuz tüm yönleri ile incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde küreselleşme sürecinin istihdam üzerinde yarattığı etkiler üzerinde durulmuştur. Küreselleşme süreci ile ortaya çıkan yeni iş ve işgücü yapısı, değişen istihdam koşulları ve global işsizliğin nedenleri incelenmiştir. 21. yüzyılın gelişen teknolojileri, bilgisayar ve internet ağı bilgi toplumunu öne çıkarmış ve beşeri sermayenin önemi artmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümü beşeri sermaye ve bilgi toplumunun küreselleşen dünyada yeri incelenirken, uluslararası ölçekte planlanan ekonomide yabancı yatırımlar, özelleştirmeler ve firma birleşmelerinin istihdam üzerindeki etkilerine değinilmiştir. Yine üçüncü bölümde küreselleşmenin bazı ülke grupları, AB ve Türkiye'de istihdam ve işsizlik üzerindeki etkilerinin boyutları ve bu etkilerin ne yönde olduğu verilerle ortaya konmaktadır. Küreselleşme süreci, istihdam yaratmada ve işgücü niteliğinin geçirdiği evrimde katkısı olan bir süreç midir? Yoksa tam aksine küreselleşme süreci bugün dünya ülkelerinin işsizlik konusunda yaşadığı ortak sıkıntının bir nedeni midir? Sorularına yanıt aranmaktadır.

The process of globalization, has been one of the much debated subject by academical and political environments nowadays. The globalization that has been gathered speed by information technology; is couched as economic, social, technological, cultural and global integration in the point of political angle, integration, gaing of solidarity and planning of economy in accordance with international scale.In this master thesis has been evaluated the globalization process of employment and labor market influences that has a power and dimention effect all the world not local or regional limited areas. In this context before all else at the first chapter has been examined the positive and negative ways of globalization fact by taking into account of historical progress of it. At the second chapter has been emphasized the progress of globalization that caused the effect on the labor and has been examined the work, workforce structure has been causes by globalization process. Varying labor, conditions the reason of global unemployment. 21. century?s booming technologies, computer and internet network has been higlighted the information society and increased the human capital. At the third chapter while has been examined the human capital and information society?s place in this globalization world the foreign investments in which international planned scale of economy, pirivatizations, consolidation of firms?s effect on employment has been mentioned. Also at the third chapter has been displayed the size and ways of effect caused by globalization employment and unemployment in some coutry grups the E.U. and Turkey. The progress of globalization whether contribute to the creation of work and the labor force which has to the creation of work and the labor force which has been evolved? Otherwise globalization progress is one of the reasons of all the world cuntries common problem of unemployment? That answers has been looked.
