Özet
Bu tezin yapılış amacı ilköğretimde çalışan yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmenlerininpsikolojik danışma ve rehberlik faaliyetlerinden beklentilerinin belirlenmesidir.Araştırma giriş, ilgili literatür, yöntem, bulgular, tartışmalar, sonuç ve öneriler olmaküzere altı bölümden oluşmuştur.Tezin giriş kısmında, problemi, varsayımları, araştırmanın amacı, önemi, sınırlılıklarıve konuya ilişkin kavramlar yer almıştır.Tezin ikinci bölümünde literatür taramasına yer verilmiştir.Tezin üçüncü bölümünde araştırma sürecinin yöntem bilgilerine yer verilmiştir.Araştırmada kullanılan evren ve örneklem; verilerin toplanması ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar,verilerin işlenmesi ve araştırmada kullanılan istatistiksel teknikler açıklamıştır.Tezin bulgular kısmında önce, yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmenlerinin özelliklerineilişkin bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmenlerinin psikolojikdanışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklentilerine ait bulgular tablolar aracılığıylabelirtilmiştir.Tezin beşinci bölümünde tartışmalara yer verilmiştir.Sonuçlar ve öneriler tezin altıncı bölümünde belirtilmiştir.Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar ise:1. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, en çok(Her ZamanBeklerim=%73,3) problemi olan öğrencilerle psikolojik danışma ve rehberlikhizmetleri kapsamında mülakat yapılmasını beklemektedirler.2. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, en çok(GenellikleBeklerim=%43,7) rehberlikle ilgili televizyon programlarının izletilmesininfaydalı ve gerekli olduğunu düşünmektedirler.3. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, en çok(Nadiren Beklerim=%40,7)öğrencilerin yeteneklerini ortaya çıkaracak çalışmalar yapılmasınıbeklemektedirler.4. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, en çok(GenellikleBeklerim=%42,0) yapılan psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik çalışmalarınınsonuçlarının çevreye tanıtılmasını beklemektedirler.5. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, en az (Hiç Beklemem=%0,7)problemi olan öğrencilerle yapılan mülakatlar sonucunda gerekli kişilerlegörüşülmesini istememektedirler.6. Yönetici ve sınıf rehberi öğretmeni olan deneklerin, %99,3'ü problemi olanöğrencilerle yapılan mülakatlar sonucunda gerekli kişilerle görüşülmesiningerekli olduğunu düşünmektedirler.7. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, en az(Hiç Beklemem=%1,0)psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri kapsamında yönetici veöğretmenlerin işbirliği içinde çalışmalarının gerekmediğini düşünmektedirler.8. Yönetici ve sınıf rehber öğretmeni denekler, %99,0'u ilköğretim okullarındakiyöneticilerin ve öğretmenlerin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleriniişbirliği içinde yürütmelerini beklemektedirler.Araştırmada yararlanılan kaynaklara ve veri toplamada kullanılan ankete, tezin sonkısmında yer verilmiştir

The purpose of choosing this thesis is to determine of the expectations of primaryschool teachers and managers from the psychological guidance and its activities.This research has six headings:The introduction ,related literature,the method, thediagnosises,the debate,the results and suggestions.The introduction of the thesis includes the hypothesises about the thesis,the purpose ofthesis and its importance,the limits and related concepts of the thesis.There is a research of the related literature about the thesis in the second stage.There are the information about the methods of the research process in the thirdstage. The third stage includes the enviroment of the research,how I gained the datas andworked up them,statistic information about the research.There is also characteristics of managers and class guidance counselors before thediagnosises part.After that,it is explained that the expectations of primary school teachersand managers from the psychological guidance and its activities by using the tables.There is a debate part in the fifth part .The result and the suggestions are told in the last part.The results of the thesis.1.The primary school teachers and managers expect guidance counselors to interview withthe problematic students (%73.3).2-A lot of managers and the guidance counselors(%43.7) think that watching TV about theguidance is necessary and useful.3- The managers and the guidance counselors(%40.7) think that the researches about thefinding talented students must be done more.4- The managers and the guidance counselors(%42) think that the psychological researchersand their results must be advertised to people.5- The managers and the guidance counselors( %0.7) think that the problematic studentsdon?t have to be talked with the necessary person at the end of the interview.6- The managers and the guidance counselors( %99.3) think that the problematic studentsmust be talked with the necessary person at the end of the interview.7- The managers and the guidance counselors( %1.0) think that the managers don?t have tocooperate with the teachers about the psychological guidance.8- The managers and the guidance counselors( %99.0) think that the managers mustcooperate with the teachers about the psychological guidance.The resources and the used poll are located at the end of the written research
