Özet
Tarih boyunca yüce Allah insanlara hak yolu göstermek üzere peygamberler göndermistir. Bu peygamberlerin hepsi tevhid dinini kalplere yerlestirmek için mücadele etmislerdir. Hz. brahim de bu peygamberlerden biri olup, Yahudilik, Hıristiyanlık ve slamiyet tarafından referans olarak gösterilmistir. Tevrat'ta Hz. brahim'in hayat hikâyesi, soyu, göçleri gibi konulardan detaylı olarak islenmekte ve Hz. brahim sadece tarihi bir sahsiyet olarak degerlendirilmektedir. Kur'an'da ise Hz. brahim'in mesajları ön plana çıkarılmıs ve akılcı tutumlarına dikkat çekilmistir. Kur'an'ın dikkat çektigi konular teblig açısından büyük önem tasımaktadır. Hz. brahim içinde dogdugu putperest toplumun inançlarına göre bir hareket noktası belirlemistir. Önce onlar gibi düsündügü izlenimi verip, daha sonra kavminin hatalarını ortaya koymustur. Bu sayede hem onlara mesajlarını dinletmis, hem de putların ve gök cisimlerinin tanrı olamayacagını ortaya koymustur. Hz. brahim gök cisimlerini asla tanrı edinmemistir. Onun tek amacı bu inancı tasıyan bir milleti akılcı ve somut örneklerle hakka davet etmektir.
Özet (Çeviri)
Troughout history, God sent messengers who could guide mankind to the right path. All messengers struggled to put in the heart the faith in one God. Prophet brahim (Abraham) is one of those messengers, and is referred to in Judaism, Christianty and in slam. Old Testament refers to prophed brahim only as a historical person, whose life, family and travels discussed. The Quran, however, brings to the forefront his position as a messenger of God. Anything that is in the spotlight in the Quran is if great value to the notion of calling. Prophet brahim?s point of departure is set in synch with the paganistic belief system into which he was born. First, he pretended he had faith in that blief system but later he disclosed to his community their mistakes. This way,he got them to listen to his massage and he revealed idols and objects in space can not be gods. Prophet brahim never viewed objects in space as his god. His sole aim was to call his his community on to pronounce the truth with help from use rational exampels.
