Özet
SUMMARY PLANNING AND PRODUCTION CONTROL STUDIES IN UNDERTAKING SECTOR In this chapter, the basic rules and the activi ties of an undertaking company has been examined. Under taking sectorhas been examined and the companies in this sector has some common procedures for getting a project and undertaking it. These procedures have been pointed out. A company having activities in this sector has been given as an example to make the subject understandable The company this study have been carried out is Remak A.Ş.. This company did many kinds of projects. Perlite expanding kilns, advertisement, chainligts, disphensers for İpekkağıt and Toprakkagxt, paper towel carriers for these companies were a few examples. The most important work for the company is installing the bancomat cabins and the lobies of T.C. Ziraat Bankası. Examples have been given from this project for making the subjects more understandable. Flow charts and procedures have also been examined. The company has been examined in details the organisation, management structure and the way to come over the financial problems easier. The relationship between T.C. Ziraat Bankasx and the company for making polyceramic cabins and the lobies have been pointed out. The acceptance of the work by the architects and an authorized person of the company has been told. The reports for the invoice and getting the money of cabins and lobies from the bank have been examined in details.
