Özet
Çalısmamızda, Rıfat Ilgaz'ın eserlerinden hareketle çocuga bakısı ve çocuk egitimiyle ilgili unsurları tespit edilerek bu alanda çalısma yapacaklara kaynak teskil etmesi hedeflenmistir. Çocukları konu edinen pek çok sair ve yazar vardır. Bunlardan biri de Rıfat Ilgaz'dır. Çalısmamızın sınırlarını sanatçının çocuklar için yazmıs oldugu eserler okunmak suretiyle fislenmis daha sonra yazıya geçirilmistir. Rıfat Ilgaz'ın kendi yazdıgı eserlerin yanı sıra, hakkında yazılmıs diger eserlerden de faydalanılmıstır. Giris bölümünde sanatçının hayatı ve eserleri teze zemin hazırlaması bakımından kısaca tanıtılmıstır. Birinci bölümde egitim nedir, sorusuna cevap ararken, çocuk ve çocuk egitimiyle ilgili unsurlar üzerinde durulmustur. kinci bölüm tezimizin asıl kısmını olusturmaktadır. Burada Rıfat Ilgaz'ın çocuga bakısı ve çocuk egitimi ile ilgili görüsleri sunulmustur. Sonuç kısmında çalısmamız genel hatlarıyla toparlandıktan sonra, yararlandıgımız kaynaklar kaynakça kısmında verilmistir. Türk edebiyatının sair ve yazarlarından olan Rıfat Ilgaz aynı zamanda ögretmen ve egitimcidir. Toplumcu gerçekçi olan sanatçı eserlerinde daha çok toplumun aksayan yönlerini ele almıstır. Egitimci yönüyle de alakalı olarak insana ve insanın egitimine önem vermistir. Rıfat Ilgaz'ın tespit ettigi eksiklerin günümüzde de devam ettigi dikkate aldıgında çalısmamızın önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Degisimin sürekliligi egitim kurumlarında kazandırılan bilgi ve becerilerin zaman içinde yetersiz kalmasına neden olmakta, bir baska deyisle yasam boyu ögrenmeyi gerekli kılmaktadır. Egitim ve ögretimin yeniden yapılandırılması sürecinde ögretmenler daha çok rehber ve yol gösterici rolünü üstlenmekte, böylece ögrencilere, ögrenme sürecinde sorumluluk vermektedir. Yasadıgı dönem içerisinde Türk toplumunun ve insanının temel özelliklerini ele alarak Türk edebiyatının zenginlesmesini saglayan Rıfat Ilgaz'ın çocuklara ve çocuk egitimine, görüslerini ve bakıs açısını sunmaya çalıstık.

The current work is oimed to provide a source for those who are to make a research on the education of children and we have prepared that work in the lıft of the works of Rıfat Ilgaz, who is one of the authors writting a bout the kids. This work of ours is bounted with the boks written by the a forementioned auther. First all the boks related have been selected and after examined dosely, they have been used as the main source. The fallowing work consists not only of author?s own boks but of the other boks written a bout him as well, and the fallowing work includes introduction, two development parts and bibliography. In the introduction part is briefly mentioned a bout the life and the Works of the author. In the first part, is explained the question of ?What are the limits of education? and the main Essentials of the education of the children have been pointed out in detail. The second part consists of the Essentials of our thesis in that it includes the education of children from Rıfat Ilgaz?s point of riew and his viewpoints an them. In the conclusion part is mentianed a brief summary of the thesies and at the bibliography. In his Works have been easily noticed a bout his soclalist and realist asperts and his viewpoints a bout social defects. Besides he has mestly written a bout the peaple and the ways of educating them. Refording that the social misbehoviour that has been commanly pointed out at the Works of him has been stil the major problems of today?s society, the utmast importance of current work of ours cavıd noticed easily. The angoing procers of change in the society makes it insufficient to educate the people in schools in some cases; in other words, it emphasizes the necessity of lifelong learning. The recanstruction process of education leads children to learner- centered education, making the intructors. Just observers who don?t involve education in a direct way but a Pioneer. Considesing the social frome work during his life time, we have aimed preseting Rıfat Ilgaz?s point of view on the children?s education.
