Özet
n ÖZET Otomotiv sanayii hem gelişmiş, hem de gelişmekte olan ülke ekonomilerinde, geniş ekonomik yapı içinde, önemli bir ağırlığa sahip olmuştur. Ülkemizde montaj imalât üretim tekniği ile kurulan otomotiv sanayii, zamanla gelişmiş, komple yerli üretime geçilmesi ile yerli girdi ve döviz tasarruf oranlan da hızla yükselmiştir. Otomotiv sanayii, sağladığı iş imkânları, üretime, milli gelire, devlet gelirlerine olan katkısı, yarattığı geniş boyutlu ekonomik dinamizm ve sürükleyiciliği nedeniyle vazgeçilmez bir sanayi durumundadır. Ancak otomotiv sanayii firmalarının, küçük ölçekte kurulmuş olmaları birçok sorunu da beraberinde getirmiştir. Optimum ve rantabl ölçeklerin gerisinde olan üretim kapasitelerinde; maliyetler yükselmekte, yan sanayii de dahil olmak üzere, teknolojik ilerleme, kalite yüksekliği, standardizasyon, yeterli ihracat vb. sağlanamamaktadır. Efektif talebin düşük olması ile firmaların finansman maliyetleri ve işletme giderlerinin yüksek olması da kapasite kullanımını düşürücü yönde etki yapmaktadır. Bu nedenle ekonomi için büyük önem taşıyan otomotiv sanayiini bu sorunlardan kurtaracak ve gelişmesini sağlayacak tedbirlerin alınması gerekmektedir. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Özetle birinci bölümde, otomotiv sanayiinin tanımı ve kapsamı ile otomotiv yan sanayiinin tamını, kuruluşları, ayrıca Plan öncesi ve Planlı Kalkınma Dönemleri itibariyle otomotiv sanayiinin gelişimi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde otomotiv sanayiinin ekonomik analizi irdelenmeye çalışılmış ve ekonomiye olan etkileri belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde otomotiv sanayiimizin mevcut sorunlarına değinilmiş ve gelişmesi için alınması öngörülen tedbirler verilmiştir.

m SUMMARY Automotive industry has had great importance in economies of both developed and developing countries, and in a vast economic structure. In our country, automotive industry, starting with an assembling type of production technique, has developed in the course of time and with the onset of complete domestic production, there has been a great increase in the imput of domestic spare parts and in the sawings of foreign exchange with the job opportu nities it created and its contributions to production, national income, state revenues, and because of the economic dynamism it created and with it locomotive role, it is an unrenouncable industry. But since the companies in this industrial area are in small scale, it brings many problems together with itself. In the production capacities which are way back being at optimum and rantable scale, production costs are high. Thus technological improvements, high quality, standardisation sufficient export could not be attained with a low effective demand, high financing and operating costs have a negative effect on capacity usage. For this reason, automotive industry, which has great importance in economy, should be cleared off these proplems and precautions should be taken to let this industry improve. This study is composed of three sections. In the first section the following are beriefly studied description and scope of automotive industry and side industry, in eluding the growth of automotive industry both before and after planned periods. In the second section, the main focus was on economic analysis of the automotive industry and its effects an the economy. In the third section, the current problems of the industry and the measures foresigted have been examined.
