Özet
Araştırmanın genel amacı, eâportfolyo öğretim sürecinin öğrenenlerin tutumları ve algıları üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Bu genel amaç doğrultusunda, 2004-2005 öğretim yılı güz yarıyılında, Fırat Üniversitesi Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi Elektronik ve Bilgisayar Eğitimi Bölümü Elektronik Öğretmenliği ve Bilgisayar Öğretmenliği, birinci ve ikinci öğretim programları ikinci sınıflarında bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma süreci yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 33 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında, Öğretim Planlama ve Değerlendirme dersinde, ?Öğretim Stratejileri?, ?Öğretim Yöntemleri? ve ?Öğretim Teknikleri? konularının öğretimi amacıyla elektronik portfolyo süreci işletilmiştir. Bu amaçla bir portal geliştirilmiştir. Söz konusu süreç sonrasında, öğrencilerin sürece ve öğretimi yapılan konulara yönelik algılarını ve tutumlarını ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla, nitel veri toplama (görüşme, elektronik veri tabanı) ve bilgisayar destekli nitel veri çözümleme teknikleri uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca bilimsel veri toplamada yöntem çeşitlemesine gidilerek nicel veri toplama süreci işletilmiştir. Bu bağlamda eâportfolyo öğretim sürecine yönelik geliştirilen bir tutum ölçeği önâtest ve sonâtest olarak uygulanmışÂ ve elde edilen verilerin analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin, eâportfolyo öğretim sürecini birçok açıdan arzulanan niteliklere sahip bir öğretim süreci olarak algıladıkları ve sürece yönelik oldukça olumlu tutumlar geliştirdikleri görülmüştür. Bunun yanında öğretimi yapılan konularda, öğrenen merkezli bir tutuma sahip oldukları, kavramları ve aralarındaki ilişkileri derinlemesine ve doğru biçimde anlamlandırdıkları görülmüştür. Ayrıca, eâportfolyo öğretim sürecinin; öğretim kurumlarının politikaları arasında yerini alması, bu kurumlarda -özellikle öğretmenlik mesleği alanında- öğrenim gören öğrencilere yönelik hayata geçirilmesi ve bu öğrencilere uzmanlardan oluşan danışmanlık ve destek hizmetlerine yer verilmesinin gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Elektronik Portfolyo Öğretim Süreci, Öğretimde Planlama ve Değerlendirme, Nitel Araştırma, Öğrenen Tutumu, Öğrenme Algısı. Â

The main aim of the research is to determine the effects of electronic portfolio process on learners? attitudes and learning perceptions in Instructional Planning and Evaluation course.  In the context of the main aim a research was conducted taking into consideration the second year, day and night students in the Department of Computer and Electronics Education of Technical Education Faculty at Firat University, in the Fall Term of 2004â2005 instructional year. In this research, qualitative research design has been used. The study group of the research comprises 33 students. An electronic portfolio process has been applied to teaching subjects including ?Instructional Strategies?, ?Teaching Methods and Techniques? in the Instructional Planning and Evaluation course. Hence, a portal has been designed. During research process, the data were collected through qualitative data collection making use of interviews and electronic databases. In the context of scientific data collection, a method triangulation was realized, and so, a quantitative data collection was used by distributing pre testâ post test attitude questionnaire. The obtained result revealed that electronic portfolio process was perceived as a desired teaching process; and the students developed positive attitudes towards this process. Another point is that the students indicated a learnerâcentered attitude on the thought subjects and they comprehended the concepts and their relations correctly and profoundly. In addition to this, based on the research results, it is recommended that eâportfolio process should be given place in the politics of education institutions; eâportfolio process should be vitalized in those institutions, especially for the students who educated on teaching profession; and some consultative and supportive services should be given by the specialists to those students.   Key Words: Electronic Portfolio Process, Instructional Planning and Evaluation, Qualitative Research, Learners? Attitude, Learning Perception Â
