ÖZETYEN LKÖĞRET M PROGRAMLARININ ÖĞRETMEN GÖRÜŞLER NEDAYALI OLARAK DEĞERLEND R LMESACAR, HAN FEYüksek Lisans-2007lköğretim Anabilim DalıSınıf ÖğretmenliğiDanışman: Yard. Doç. Dr. Zühal ÇUBUKÇUBu araştırma, 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretim yılında pilot uygulaması yapılan ve2005-2006 eğitim-öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulan yeni ilköğretimprogramlarını, öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirmek amacıylayapılmıştır.Araştırmanın evrenini, Sinop ili Durağan ilçesine bağlı ilköğretim okullarındagörev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri, örneklemini ise 2005-2006 öğretim yılının II.döneminde bu okullarda görev yapan ve rastlantısal örneklem yoluyla seçilmiş 96sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır.Araştırma verileri, üç bölümden oluşan bir anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır.Anketin birinci bölümünde kişisel özelliklere, ikinci bölümünde programlarınkazanım, içerik, öğrenme-öğretme süreçleri ve ölçme-değerlendirme boyutlarınailişkin sorulara, üçüncü bölümde ise geleceğe yönelik görüş ve önerilere yerverilmiştir.Bu araştırmada, betimsel istatistik yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilen sonuçlarşöyle özetlenebilir:Öğretmenlerin, yeni ilköğretim programlarının geneline ilişkin olarak;programların yararlı ve uygun olduğu konusunda kararlı olmadıkları ortaya çıkmıştır.Yeni ilköğretim programlarının, kazanım, içerik, öğrenme-öğretme süreci vedeğerlendirme öğelerinin kuramsal olarak, yapılandırmacı yaklaşım ve temel aldığıdiğer yaklaşımlara uygun olarak hazırlandığı, ancak programların uygulanmasıkonusunda öğretmenlerin sıkıntı yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir.Programların, öğretmen ve öğrencilere yüklemiş olduğu görevlerin tamolarak yerine getirilmemesi, bunun yanında; öğretmenlerin öğretime ilişkin davranışeksikliklerinin olması, programların uygulanmasını daha da güçleştirmektedir.Araştırma sonuçlarından, öğretmenlerin, programların değerlendirmeboyutuna ilişkin yetersizliklerinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular,öğretmenlerin, bu konu ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim çalışmalarına ihtiyaç duyduklarınıgöstermektedir.Katılımcıların, kişisel özellikleri açısından, programların öğeleri ile ilgiligörüşleri arasında bir fark belirlenmemiş; genel olarak sorulara verdikleri yanıtlardabirleştikleri görülmüştür.

ABSTRACTTHE ASSESSMENT OF THE NEW PRIMARY EDUCATIONPROGRAMMES ACCORDING TO THE TEACHERS? OPINIONSACAR, HANIFEMaster Thesis-2007Department of Primary School EducationThis research has been done in order to assess the new primary educationprogrammes according to the teachers? opinions which pilot practice has been donein the 2004-2005 education year and which has been put into practice in the 2005-2006 education year.The frame of this research has been created by the primary school teacherswho were working in the primary schools in the town Durağan-Sinop and theexample of this research has been done by the 96 primary school teachers who hasworked in the second semester of 2005-2006 education year in this schools and whohas been selected by coincident example. Scanningmodel has been used in thisresearch.The data of this research has been collected with a questionnaire whichincludes three section. In the first section of this questionnaire, the personalcharacteristics have taken part, in the second section the Gain, the Content, Learning-Teaching processes of the programmes, and the questions about Surveying-Assessingdimensions have taken part, in the third section the opininons and the suggestionsabout future have taken part.The findings in this research, which has been found by using descriptivestatistical methods, can be summarized with following articles :It has been understood the teachers weren?t strong-willed with capability andsuitibality of the programmes about generality of the new primary schoolprogrammes.It has been determined that the Gain, the Content, Learning-Teaching processand evaluating items of the new primary school programmes has been preparedsuitable according to the theoretical, configural approximation and otherapproximations which has been accepted as basis, but it has been determined theteachers has suffered about the application of the programmes.To not carry out exactly the duties which has given to the teachers andstudents by the programmes and behavioural deficiencies of the teachers abouteducation is making much difficult the application of the programmes.It has been determined from findings of the research the teachers have gotdeficiencies about assessing dimension of the programmes. The acquired findings isindicating the teachers need an education in the association about this subject.It hasn?t been determined any difference between their opinions about theitems of the programmes according to personal characteristics of the members and ithas been seen they were sharing the answers of the questions generally.
