Özet
Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin profesyonel bilgileri öğrenmelerini etkileyenfaktörlerin neler olduğunun ortaya konulması ve bu faktörlerin incelenebilmesiamacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin, kendi profesyonelöğrenmelerini etkileyen faktörlerin öğretmenler tarafından nasıl algılandığıaraştırılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin meslekû öğrenmelerini etkileyen faktörlerin hangibağımsız ve bağımlı değişkenlere göre farklılaştığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Araştırma tarama türünde olup, beşli likert tipi bir anket kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın verileri literatür taraması ve örnekleme giren öğretmenler içingeliştirilen anketin uygulanması yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışmaevrenini 2006-2007 eğitim-öğretim yılının birinci döneminde İstanbul ili,Kadıköy ve Ümraniye ilçesinde çalışan ilköğretim öğretmenleri oluşturmuştur.Evren örneklem oranı yaklaşık olarak % 12'dir. Örnekleme uygulandıktan sonrar= .83'e çıkmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS programı v e a nlamlı verilerinbelirlenmesinde T Testi, Varyans Analizi ve Anova Varyans Analizi kullanılmıştır.Anlamlılık düzeyi ,05 düzeyi olarak kabul edilmiştir.Öğretmenlerin profesyonel öğrenmesini etkileyen faktörlerin bağımsızdeğişkenlere göre durumu incelendiğinde medenû duruma göre öğretmenlerinkendisi alt boyutunda, hizmet içi eğitim alma durumuna göre okul kültürü veöğretmenlerin kendisi alt boyutlarında, mezuniyette okul yönetimi alt boyutunda,mesleği tercih nedeninde yine okul yönetimi alt boyutunda, mesleklerine karşıhissettikleri duyguda okul kültürü ve okul yönetimi alt boyutlarında, sınıfmevcudunda eğitim politikası belirleyicileri ve okul yönetimi alt boyutlarında, okulmevcudu değişkeninde ise okul kültürü alt boyutunda farklılaşma olduğubelirlenmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin profesyonel bilgileri öğrenmesinietkileyen faktörlerin madde bazında cinsiyete, hizmet içi eğitim alma durumuna,öğretmenlerin kariyer evrelerine, sınıf mevcudu değişkenine göre farklılaştığıbulunmuştur. Bu faktörler arasında okul yönetiminin ve okul kültürününöğretmenlerin profesyonel bilgileri öğrenme süreçlerinde daha önemli rol oynadığıtespit edilmiştir.

This study has been carried out to put down what the factors affectingteachers? professional learning are and to investigate these factors. In this studyhow the factors affecting teachers? professional learning have been perceived byteachers themselves has been researched. It has been tried to be found outaccording to which independent and dependent variables factors that affectteachers? professional learning vary.This is a scanning-type research in which five-likert-type-scale survey wasused. The data of the study have been gathered by scanning the literature andapplying the questionnaire designed for the teachers in the sample group. Primaryschool teachers working in Istanbul province; Kadikoy and Umraniye towns,during the first term of 2006-2007 academic year constituted the field of the study.Field group /sample group ratio is approximately 12 %. After applying the surveyto the sample group r became .83. In the analysis of the data Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences (SPSS), and in determining the significant findings T test,Variant Analysis and Anova Analysis were used. The significance level wasaccepted as .05.When the situation of the factors affecting teachers? professional learningaccording to independent variables has been investigated, it was determined thatthere have been variations at teachers themselves sub- dimension according tomarital status, at school culture and teachers themselves sub- dimensionsaccording to having in-service education, at school management sub- dimensionaccording to graduation, at again school management sub- dimension according tothe reason of preferring the profession, at school culture and school managementsub- dimensions according to what the teachers feel about their profession, ateducation policy makers and school management sub- dimensions according toclass size, and at school culture dimension according to school size.At the end of this research, it has been found out that the factors affectingteachers? learning professional knowledge on item base have been differentiatedaccording to gender, having in service education, teachers? career phases and classsize. It has been found that among these factors school management and schoolculture play more important roles on teachers? professional learning processes.
