iiÖZETGünümüzde çağdaş eğitim anlayışının bir gereği olarak eğitim materyalleri,eğitim programlarının vazgeçilmez bir öğesi durumundadır. Öğrenme ortamını nekadar zenginleştirirsek o derece etkili bir öğrenme sağlarız. Dersin içeriğine,verilmek istenen hedefe göre, öğretmenin kullanacağı araçları belirlemesi gerekir.Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük dersinin öğretimindeders araç-gereçlerinin yeri tartışılamaz. Araç-gereçsiz bir ders, öğrenmeyizorlaştırmaktadır. Öğrencinin dersle ilgisini kesmektedir. Bu dersin araç-gereçleri,çeşitli haritalar, Türk Kurtuluş Savaşını anlatan çeşitli krokiler, slâytlar, filmler,videokasetleri, fotoğraflar, tablolar, yardımcı ders kitapları, olayların geçtiği yerler,müzeler, TV, bilgisayar, plak, film, tiyatro eseri, hikâye, roman ve benzerleri kaynakeserlerdir. Özellikle Büyük Nutuk, bu dersin en önemli kaynak kitabıdır. Bu araç vegereçler derste öğrencinin vazgeçemeyeceği ders araçlarıdır. Araştırmalargöstermektedir ki, okullarımızda bu araç ve gereçlerden yeterincefaydalanılmamaktadır.Eğitim materyallerinin iyi hazırlanması, tasarım ilke ve ölçülerine uyulmasıile mümkündür. Basılı materyallerde görsel tasarım ilkelerine uyulması ve bumateryallerin öğretme ve öğrenme ortamında öğrencinin ilgisini çekecek şekildeyerinde ve zamanında kullanılması gerekir.Bu çalışmanın genel amacı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Talim ve Terbiye KuruluBaşkanlığınca kabul edilen Orta Öğretim (Lise) Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İnkılâp Tarihive Atatürkçülük dersi programında önerilen materyallerin değerlendirilmesini,yapmak ve önerilerde bulunmaktır.İnkılâp Tarihi dersinin öğretiminde, ders araç-gereçleriyle ilgili araştırma vegeliştirme çalışmaları sürekli yapılmalıdır. Gelişen teknolojiden yararlanılarak eğitimöğretim süreci için etkili öğrenmeyi sağlayıcı basılı ve yazılı materyallerhazırlanmalı; görsel ve işitsel ders araçlarından faydalanılmalıdır.

iiiABSTRACTTraining materials are presently important elements for the trainingprogrammes as a necessity of contemporary education concept. The more we get thelearning atmosphere rich, the more effective learning is provided. The teachersshould determine the materials they are going to use according to the targets aimed tobe given to the content of the course.The great importance of the course materials in teaching the course of ?TheHistory of The Turkish Republic And Kemalism? is not a matter of discussion. Acourse without any materials makes learning difficult. This way of teachinginterrupts the student?s concern to the course. The materials of this course are variousmaps, drawings, slides, films, video cassettes, photos, tables, assistant course books,places on where the events were passed, museums, TV, computer, records, works oftheatre, stories, novels and similar resource works that tell Turkish War ofIndependence. Especially, the Great Oration is the most important resource book.These materials are course materials that the students want to follow every time. Theresearches show that unfortunately these materials are not used in our schoolsadequately.Well preparation of the training materials is possible by complying with thepresentation principles and sizes. For the pressed materials, compliance to the visualpresentation principles and using these materials in a way and time that arouses theconcern of the student in teaching and learning atmosphere is necessary.General objective of this study is to evaluate the materials recommended inthe course programme of ?The History of The Turkish Republic And Kemalism? forelementary grades accepted by Ministry of Education, Practice and TrainingCommittee Presidency and to recommend new ideas.In Revolution History teaching, research and improvement studies related tothe course materials should be implemented continually. Pressed and writtenivmaterials that provide effective learning for the education and training process shouldbe prepared by using developed technologies; visual and auditory course materialsshould also be used.
