It?s obvious that computers take an important part of our lifes. Beside this peoplewho are in the buying process may have difficulties choosing among the new productsand models produced day by day. Within this study, the hardwares which have a directimpact on a Personal Computer?s (PC) performance and their selection criterions areexplained in a detailed way to help decision making process.Whenever a new PC hardware takes place in the market, PC magazines andhardware sites located in the internet make tests to choose the hardwares which have thebest performance. In this research Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is not used tochoose the fastest hardwares. It is used to find the most efficient hardwares. After theDEA results a PC is formed with the most efficient hardwares to give the consumersand the producers an alternative way of choice.
