Özet
Bu çalışmada yeni iletişim teknolojileri ve bu teknolojilerin örgütlerde kullanımalanları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bilgisayar ve internet teknolojileriyle birlikte örgütlerdeiletişim imkan ve kabiliyetleri en üst noktaya çıkmıştır. Bu imkanları yeterincekullanabilen örgütler başarıyı oldukça kolay yakalayabilmektedirler. Türkiye'de bualanda oldukça sevindirici çalışmalar yapılmakla birlikte gelişmiş ülkelere göre halaoldukça geri durumda bulunduğumuz görülmektedir.Günümüzde kurumlar yönetimde ve diğer birimlerde, hizmet ve faaliyetlerinyürütülmesinde etkin ve süratli kararlar alabilmek için bilgilere çok kısa bir süreiçerisinde ulaşmak zorundadırlar. Bu nedenle, örgütler gelişen her türlü teknolojidenyararlanmalı ve etkin bir şekilde kullanmalıdırlar.Çalışma içerisinde konu ile ilgili olarak Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğünde toplam100 personel üzerinde anket uygulaması yapılmış ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Buaraştırma ile Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü personelinin bilgisayar ve internetteknolojilerini bilme ve kullanma durumları ölçülmüştür.Yeni iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanımına yönelik gerekli çalışmalar yapılmalı vetoplumsal yaşamın her alanında bu teknolojiler kullanılmalıdır. Bu alanda atılmasıgereken adımlar çalışma içerisinde belirtilmiştir.

This study adresses the new communication technologies and theimplementation fields of these technologies in organizations. With the helps ofcomputer and internet technologies, the abilities and skills of organizations rised tothe highest level. Organizations utlizing these abilities and skills effectively can besuccesful in their fields easily. n this sense, satisfying projects have been conductedin Turkey; however, when it is compared with other developed countries, it is seenthat Turkey has left behind these countries.Today?s organizations must immediate and fast reach to the information inorder to make fast and effective decisions for execute of service and activities in themanagement and other departments.In this study, in order to examine police officers in terms of their knowledge oncomputer and internet and usage of them, a survey study was conducted in TurkishNational Police Headquarters with 100 participants, and data from this survey wasanalyzed.This study suggests that required environment should be prepared to makeeasier and widespread the use of the new communication technologies. Also, thesenew technologies should be avaiable and utilized every facets of social life. Withrespect to this purpose, this study proposes several implementations.
