Özet

Bu çal man n amac , Adana ilinde çal an polislerin i doyumu ve tükenmi likdüzeylerini belirleyerek baz demografik de i kenler (ya , cinsiyet, medeni durum,ö renim durumu, rütbe, görev yapt klar ube, mesleki k dem, günlük çal ma sistemi,al nan takdir ve taltif, ekonomik durumlar n alg lama) aç s ndan farkl la pfarkl la mad na bakmakt r.Çal maya 2004 y l nda Adana Emniyet Müdürlü ü ve Kemal Serhadl PolisMeslek Yüksek Okulu'nda çal an, kolay ula labilir örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmi355 polis kat lm t r. Tükenmi lik düzeylerini belirlemek için ?Maslach Tükenmi likÖlçe i?, i doyumlar n belirlemek için ?Minnesota 6 Doyumu Ölçe i? ve ki iselbilgiler için de ?Ki isel Bilgi Formu? kullan lm t r. Verilerin analizi için tek yönlüvaryans analizi uygulanm t r.Yap lan analizler sonucunda, örnekleme giren polislerin i doyumlar n n görevyap lan ube, günlük çal ma sistemi ve ekonomik durumlar n alg lamalar na; duygusaltükenmi lik düzeyinin, cinsiyet, görev yap lan ube ve ekonomik durumlar nalg lamalar na; duyars zla ma düzeyinin cinsiyet, görev yap lan ube, günlük çal masistemi, mesleki k dem ve ekonomik durumlar n alg lamalar na; ki isel ba arduygusunda azalma düzeyinin ise ya , cinsiyet, takdir, taltif, görev yap lan ube vemesleki k deme göre farkl l k gösterdi i saptanm t r. Özet (Çeviri)

The main purpose of this study, the job satisfaction and burnout levels of policeworking in Adana were examined in relation to the age; sex; marriage; their educationallevels; rank; the departments they work; their time of service the areas graduated; theirtime of daily working; appreciation and gratifying they took; perception of economicallevels.This study is conducted on 355 police in Adana Police Department and KemalSerhadl Police Vocation School. The information concerning the job satisfaction levelsof police, which served as the dependent variable in this study, was collected by usingMinnesota Job Satisfaction Scale. The information concerning the burnout levels ofpolice, which served as the dependent variable in this study, was collected by usingMaslach Burnout Scale. The information concerning the independent variables wascollected through Personel Information Form. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA)was conducted for analysis of data.The results of study, significant differences were found between job satisfactionlevels of police with the departments they work, their time of daily working, perceptionof economical levels; between emotional exhaustion levels of police with sex, thedepartments they work, perception of economical levels; between depersonalizasyonlevels of police with sex, the departments they work, their time of daily working, theirtime of service the areas graduated, perception of economical levels; between personalaccomplishment levels of police with age, sex, the departments they work, their time ofservice the areas graduated, appreciation and gratifying they take. On the other hand,significant differences were no found with marriage, their educational levels, rank.
