ÖZETDoktora TeziKüreselleşme Sürecinde Türkiye'de Ücretlerin GelişimiKamil Necdet ARDokuz Eylül ÜniversitesiÇalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri lişkileri Anabilim DalıKüreselleşme Sürecinde Türkiye'de Ücretlerin Gelişimi isimli bu çalışmaözellikle 1980 sonrasında yeni-liberal politikaların egemen olduğu süreçte ücretlerdekigelişmeler ile bu gelişmelerin farklı etkilerini içermektedir. Ancak incelemenin kapsamıbelirtilen konularda katkıda bulunan faktörleri içerecek şekilde düzenlenmiştir.ncelemede küreselleşme olgusuna kuramsal olarak değişik yönlerindenyaklaşılmış, sonra küresel düzenin neden olduğu ücret ve ücrete ilişkin gelişmeler ileküresel esaslı politikaların Türkiye'ye yansıması ve ortaya çıkan sonuçlararaştırılmıştır.Küreselleşme olgusu; siyasal, hukuksal, ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel açıdanSovyetler Birliği'nin dağılması sonrasında ABD'nin denetimindeki tek kutup egemenbir düzen olarak ifade edilebilir. Özellikleri itibariyle 19.yüzyıldaki ve Birinci DünyaSavaşı öncesi dönemin büyük güçlerinin yayılmacı politikalarıyla benzerlikgöstermektedir.Sonuçları itibariyle yeni-liberal politikaların ağırlık kazandığı dünyada sermayeemek dengesinin sermaye lehine değiştiği, emek gelirlerinin azaldığı, ücreteşitsizliğinin büyüdüğü ve bunların doğal sonucu olarak gelir dağılımının bozulduğuifade edilebilir. Küresel oluşumun kalıpları Türkiye'ye de uygulanmış ve ücretlerazalırken bozuk olan gelir dağılımı daha kötüleşmiştir.Bu gelişmelere bağlı küresel yoksulluk ve diğer sorunların artmasına tanıkolunmakta,sosyo-ekonomik sorunlara çözüm getirilememekte, bilakis ağırlaşmaktadır.Bu durum ulusal düzenin zayıflaması, sosyal siyasal istikrarsızlığı artmasında katkıdabulunan temel nedenlerden olmaktadır.

ABSTRACTPh D ThesisThe Development of The Wages in Turkey Throughi Globalization ProcessKamil Necdet ARDokuz Eylül ÜniversityDepartment of Labour Economics and Industrial RelationsThe study named ?Wage Trends in Turkey through Globalization Process? is asearch which aims to have better understanding about the affects of neo-liberalpolicies that has gained enormous weight after 1980?s. This effort also aims to analysehow the wages and income distribution have been affected globally through theglobalization process. However the scope of the study covers other contributingfactors.In the study ?Globalisation Process? has been theoretically looked at fromvarious aspects, also the changes at wages and related developments created by theglobal policies? structural impact on Turkey has been searched.Globalisation is a phenomenon which has emerged after the collapse of SovietUnion. Mainly it is a global single polar system imposed by the USA and has political,legal, economic, social and cultural dimensions. There are many similarities betweenthe characteristics of neo-liberal globalism and former forms of 19. Century and pre I.World War policies pursued by industrilized nations? power struglle .Taking into account the results of neo-liberal policies, it can be mentioned thatafter 1980?s the balance between labour and capitol has been dramatically changed inthe favour of latter. This also means that labour income has decreased, wageinequality has risen and the natural results of both; global, national and regionalincome inequality gap has been widened. Depending on these developments the neo-liberal patterns have been applied to Turkey and this caused decreasing wages andworsening income distribution.Above all, it has been observed that the global poverty and related problemshave been increasing and the global system is unable rectify any of those issues.Instead the problematic situation is gaining a steady status as nation state is beingeroded and above mentioned global contributing factors are becoming the essence ofpolitical and socio-economic instability.Key Worlds: 1) Globalizasyon, 2) Wage, 3) Income Distribution, 4) Inequality, 5) Instabillity5
