Özet
Tezin amacı, bireysel yatırımcıların tasarruflarını yatırıma dönüştürürkentasarruflarını ne oranda hisse senedine yatırdıklarını ve bunu yaparken finansal bilgisisteminden etkilenme derecesini belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda yatırımcıların hissesenedi satın alma davranışı ile finansal bilgi sistemi arasındaki ilişkinin açıklanmasıgerekir.Yatırımcılar hisse senedine yatırım yaparken belli kriterlere göre hareketederler. Hiçbir zaman tesadüfü olarak yatırım yapmadıkları için yatırımcıdavranışlarında finansal bilgi sisteminin etkinliğinin ölçülmesinde sayısal yöntemlerebaşvurulması uygundur.Bu amaçla, tezin ilk bölümünde tezin amacı, içeriği ile ilgili , ikincibölümünde hisse senedi ve türevlerine ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgiler verilecek. Üçüncübölümde finansal bilgi sistemi hakkında ve son bölümde ise uygulamanın analizineilişkin sonuçlar yer alacaktır.

The aim of the thesis is to determine, while individual investors aretransforming their disposal into investment, how much of their disposal they depositinto share certificate. According to this cohesence, the relation between the investors?purchasing share and the financial information system must be explained.While the investors are buying share certificates, they act according to somecriteries. As they never invest coincidental, it is necessary to apply to numericalmethods to measure the effects of financial information system in investors? act.For this aim, detailed information about the aim of this thesis and also itscontent will be given in the first part and in the second part, information about theshare certificate and its derivatives will be given. In the third part, information aboutthe financial information system and the last part, the results of the analysis of theapplication will take place.
