Özet
Dış ticarette rekabetin tüketici odaklı politikalara kaydığı günümüzde; tüketici tercihlerini ve sağlığını ön planda tutan firmaların rekabette başarılı olacağı artık kabul edilmektedir. Hazır giyim sektöründe üretimi yapılan ürünlerin pazara sunulması aşamasında en önemli faktörlerden biri markadır ve markanın ayrılmaz parçalarından birisi de etiketlerdir. Bir ürünün, bulunduğu pazarda sürekliliğini sağlayabilmesi; markalaşmasına ve satış sonrası ürün kalitesinin sürekliliğine bağlıdır. Bu sürekliliği sağlamak için ürün hakkında doğru bilgilerin tüketiciye iletilmesi, ürünün bakım ve kullanımıyla ilgili tüketicinin doğru yönlendirilmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Hazır giyim ürünlerinde kullanılan etiketlerin üretici ve tüketici açısından önemi son yıllarda daha iyi anlaşılmaya başlanmıştır. Bir markanın zihinlerde yerleşmesinde etiketlerin büyük önemi vardır. Bu tez çalışması beş bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölüm giriş ve amaç bölümüdür. Tez çalışmasının amacı ve bu tez çalışmasına olan gereksinimler nedenleri ile bu bölümde ortaya konulmuştur. İkinci bölüm genel bilgilerin verildiği bölümdür. Bu bölümde marka ve etiketin tanımı yapılmış, etiketlerin kullanım amacına ve kullanılan materyale göre sınıflandırılması yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde ayrıca dokuma etiketin tanımı ve sınıflandırılması yapılmış; dokuma etiket üretim aşamaları etiketin dizayn ve tasarımının yapılmasından başlayarak ürün üzerine yerleştirilmesine kadar geçen aşamalar da incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde tez çalışmaları ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmıştır. Araştırma yöntemleri, araçları ve yapılan testlerden bahsedilmiştir. Uygulama aşamasında dokuma etiket kalitesine etki eden parametrelerin tespit edilme nedenleri belirtilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında iplik cinsi değiştirilerek dokunan etiketlere; yıkamaya karşı renk haslığı testi, tere karşı renk haslığı testi, sürtünmeye karşı renk haslığı testi, sürtünme dayanımı testi, mukavemet testi ve boncuklanma testi uygulanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde üçüncü bölümde uygulanan testler sonucunda ulaşılan sonuçlar belli bir sistem ile sunulmuştur. Beşinci bölümde ise yapılan uygulamada elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Etiket kalitesine etki eden parametreler değiştirildiğinde yapılan testlere göre etiketlerin karşılaştırılması yapılmış, her iki yöntemle üretilen etiketlerin avantaj ve dezavantajları sıralanmış, üretim ve kullanımda karşılaşılan problemler değerlendirilerek bunlara çözüm getirilmeye çalışılmıştır

Today, as the competition slides towards the policies focused on the customers; it is now accepted that the firms who keep the customers preferences and health at the forefront will be successful in the competition. One of the most important factors at the stage of submission of the products that are produced in the ready wear sector is the brand and one of the inseparable parts of the brand is the label. The continuation of a product in its present market depends on its branding and continuation of the quality of its products after sale. It is very important to communicate the correct information regarding the product to the customers and the proper orientation of the customers concerning the maintenance and utilization of the product in order to ensure this continuity. The importance of the labels from the perspective of the producers and consumers that are used in the ready wear products is started to be apprehended better in the recent years. The labels have great importance in printing a brand to the consumers mind. This thesis study consists of five chapters. First chapter is the introduction and aim section. The aim of the thesis study and the requirement for this thesis is introduced in this chapter with their reasons. Second chapter is the section where general information is given. The definition of brand and label is given in this chapter, and the labels are classified according to their intended use and material used; the stages that textile label production pass starting from the design and conception of the label until it is placed on the product, are examined as well. The thesis studies are defined in detail in the third chapter. The research methods, tools and tests that are realized, are discussed. The reasons for the determination of the parameters that affect the quality of the textile label at the stage of application are specified. The following tests are applied to the labels weaved with the amendment of the type of thread within the content of the study; colour fastness test to washing, colour fastness test to perspiration, colour fastness test to abration, abration strength test, tensile strength test and pilling test. The results that are reached as a result of the tests that are applied in the third chapter are presented within a certain system in the fourth chapter. The results that are obtained from the executed application are assessed in the fifth chapter. The comparison of the labels is realized according to the tests executed while the parameters that affect the quality of the labels are changed, the advantages and disadvantages of the labels that are produced by utilization of both of the methods are listed, the problems that are faced during production and utilization are evaluated, and the solutions for these are tried to be found.
