Doç. Dr. Eyyup GERÇEKCİOĞLUÖZETBir montaj işleminde, işlemler otomasyona uyarlanarak işçilikten tasarruf amaçlandı.Montaj otomasyonunda her işlem kendine ait iş istasyonunda işlem görmektedir. Bunagöre iş istasyonları; tutkallama, sunta koyma, çivi çakma ve döndürme istasyonlarındanmeydana gelmektedir. İş istasyonları arasındaki iletim konveyörlerle sağlanmaktadır.Konveyör hızı bu işlemden sonra ?döşeme prosesine? göre hattın dengelenmesi için halihazırdaki mevcut sisteme uyarlanarak yapılmıştır. Konveyörler sürekli çalışmayıp işistasyonlarının PLC prensibine uygun şekilde dur-kalk hareketleri ile çalıştırılmıştır.Konveyör bandı olarak şartlara uygunluğuna göre 2 M8 UO-V-U2 seçilmiştir. Suntabesleme için vidalı millerle kontrol edilen bir platform kullanılmıştır. Sunta koymaişleminde pozitif basıncı vakuma çevirebilen vakum jeneratörü kullanılmıştır. Halihazırdaki çivi tabancası çivi doldurmaya uygun olmadığından sistemde tel zımbayauygun modifiye yapılarak Stanley ATRO Vulcano 100/50 tabanca kullanılmıştır. Sistemautocad ve pro engineer programlarında projelendirilerek pro engineer de similasyonugerçekleştirilmiştir.Böylece, mevcut sisteme göre eleman sayısı ve proses süresi bakımından avantajsağlanmıştır.

Prof. Eyyup GERÇEKCİOĞLUABSTRACTIn a mounting process, a careful use of work power was aimed by adapting the stepsinto automation.In mounting automation, each procedure is operated in a workstation that belongs toitself. So, workstations consist of glueing, fiberboard placing, nail driving and rotationstations. The conveyance among workstations is provided with conveyors. Theconveyor speed has been regulated by adapting it into the existing system for thestabilization of line according to the ?furnish process? after this procedure. Theconveyors did not operate continuously, but they were operated by stop-rise movementsthat are suitable with the PLC principle of workstations. As conveyor band, 2 M8 UO-V-U2 has been chosen according to the suitability of conditions. A platform has beenused which is controlled by screwed shafts for fiberboard feeding. In fiberboard placingprocess, a vacuum generator has been used which can transform the positive pressureinto vacuum. As the existing nail gun isn?t suitable for filling up nail, a Stanley ATROVulcano 100/50 gun has been used by modifying it suitably with the wire punch, in thesystem. The system has been projected in autocad and pro engineer programs andsimulated in pro engineer program.Conclusion, an advantage has been provided from the point of view of staff amount andprocess period in comparison to the existing system.
