Özet
Neoantal resüsitasyonun etkili olabilmesi için hızlı ve dogru karar verme yetenegi olan, uygun zamanda girisimde bulunabilen ebelere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu baglamda, saglık hizmetleri sunumunda yer alan ebelerin, neonatal resüsitasyon bilgileri ve bunu etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi önemlidir. Bu arastırma, Antalya l belediye sınırları içerisinde yer alan hastanelerde çalısan ebelerin neonatal resüsitasyona iliskin bilgi düzeylerinin bazı sosyo-demografik özelliklerle iliskisini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel olarak yapılmıstır. Arastırmanın örneklemini Antalya l sınırları içinde bulunan hastanelerde çalısan 177 ebe olusturmustur. Arastırma verileri, ? Bilgilendirilmis Onam Formu?, ? Ebelere Yönelik Sosyo- Demografik Soru Formu? ve ? Ebelerin Neonatal Resüsitasyona liskin Bilgilerini Tanımlayan Soru Formu? kullanılarak toplanmıstır. Bu araçların gelistirilmesinde ilgili litaratür yanında uzman kisilerin görüslerine basvurulmustur. Arastırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS 13.0 programında degerlendirilmis olup, Khi-Kare önemlilik testi kullanılmıstır. Verilerin degerlendirilmesi sonucunda; ebelerin büyük bir çogunlugunun genel resüsitasyona iliskin bilgileri (%78.5), bebege taktil uyaran ve serbest akıs oksijen kullanımını (%77.8), neonatal resüsitasyonda ilaçların kullanım amaçlarını (%77.3), gögüs kompresyonunu (%73.3), ventilasyon islemini yapmayı (%70.5), termde bir yenidoganın her bir ventilasyondaki gereksinimini (%66.5) bilmedikleri ortaya çıkmıstır. Ögrenim düzeylerine göre ebelerin neonatal resüsitasyon kursuna katılma durumları arasındaki fark anlamlıdır ( x2 = 22.788, p < 0.001 ). Ebelerin ögrenim düzeylerine göre genel resüsitasyona iliskin bilgi sorularına verdikleri yanıtlar arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmustur (x2 =25.790, p<0.001). Arastırmada elde edilen veriler dogrultusunda önerilerde bulunulmustur.

In order for the Neonatal resuscitation to be effective, the midwifes who can intervene in the appropriate time with the ability to decide quickly and correctly are required. In this respect the neonatal resuscitation knowledge of the midwifes who take place in the presentation of health services and the factors affecting this is important to research. This research has been made as descriptive and cross sectional in order to determine the some socio-demographic features relations regarding neonatal resuscitation of the midwifes who take place in the hospitals within the provincial borders of Antalya Province municipality. The paradigm of the research consists of 177 midwifes who are working in the hospital within the provincial borders of Antalya. The data of the research have been collected by using ?Notified Onam Form?, ?Socio- Demographic Question for Regarding the Midwifes ? and ?The Question Form Defining the Knowledge of the Midwifes regarding Neonatal Resuscitation?. The views of the expert persons have been taken as well as the relevant literature in improving this research. The data obtained from the research have been evaluated in SPSS 13.0 program and the Khi-Kare significance test has been used. After the evaluation of the data; it has been detected that the general knowledge of the midwifes regarding the general resuscitation (78.5%), tactile stimulant and the free flow oxygen use to the infant (77.8%), the purpose of the use of the drugs in neonatal resuscitation (77.3%), chest compression (73.3%), performing the ventilation process (70.5%), the requirement of each ventilation of the new born baby in term (66.5%) do not know. The difference between the participation of the midwifes regarding their level of education to the neonatal resuscitation course is significant (x2 = 22.788, p < 0.001). The difference between the answers the midwifes gave to the questions regarding the general neonatal resuscitation by means of their level of education have been found significant statistically (x2 =25.790, p<0.001). Recommendations have been made in accordance with the data obtained from the research.
