ÖZETTaşdemir S., Sağlık Bakanlığının Sağlık Enformasyon Sistemi Projeleri leAnkara'daki Sağlık Bakanlığı Hastanelerinde Mevcut Bilgisayar SistemleriEntegrasyonunun Değerlendirilmesi, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sağlık BilimleriEnstitüsü Sağlık Kurumları Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ankara, 2005. Buaraştırmada, Sağlık Bakanlığının SES projeleri ile bakanlığa bağlı hastanelerdekimevcut bilgisayar sistemlerinin birbirleri ile ve gelecekte kurulacak ulusal bir bilgisistemi ile entegrasyon olanakları ve hastanede bilgisayar sistemlerinden sorumluolan yöneticilerin entegrasyona bakış açıları incelenmiştir. Araştırma evreni olarakAnkara Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırları içinde yer alan 10 devlet hastanesi belirlenmiş,araştırmada örneklem seçilmeyip tüm evrene ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma verileri eldeedilirken anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Anket oluşturulurken mevcut literatür ve dahaönce aynı alanda yapılan anketler incelenmiştir. Araştırmada yöneticilerikurumlarındaki pozisyonlarına göre, HBS konusunda eğitim durumları, bakanlığınınSES ile ilgili çalışmalardan haberdarlık düzeyleri, HBS'nin kuruluş aşamasında görevalma durumları arasında fark olup olmadığı, yöneticilerin bakanlığının SESprojesinden haberdarlık düzeyleri, çalışmalara katılma düzeylerini etkileyipetkilemediği, HBS'nin diğer bilgi sistemleri ve kurulacak ulusal sağlık bilgi sistemineentegrasyon olanağının, kullanılan VTYS'ne, bakanlığının belirlediği kodlarla uyumluolmasına, HBS'nin yeniliklere açık olmasına, HBS'nin modüler yapıda olmasına,HBS'nin MERN S'e uygun olmasına, HBS'de kullanılan ana işlemcinin işletim sistemitürüne, HBS'de kullanılan kablolama sisteminin genişleme olanağına, yöneticilerinSağlık Bakanlığının SES çalışmalarından haberdarlık düzeylerine, HBS'nin kuruluşyılına, HBS kurulurken Sağlık Bakanlığından teknik destek alma durumuna, HBS'ninözel sektör aracılığı ile kurulmuş olma durumuna göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğiincelenmiş ve tüm değişkenler açısında istatistiksel olarak fark bulunamamıştır.

In this study, integration opportunities of health informationprojects of Ministry of Health and present computer systems with eachother and witha national information system that is to be set up in the future and perspective of themanagers who are responsible from the computer systems in the hospital tointegration is examined. 10 state hospitals within the borders of Ankara MetropolitanMunicipality was selected as the research area and the whole area was examinedwithout determining a sample area. Questionnaire method was used in the research.Present literature and questionnaires which were held previously in the same areawas examined while the questionnaires were prepared. In the research, whether themanagers show difference according to their positions in the institution, their state ofeducation about HBS, the degree of how well-informed their ministry is about thestudies on SES, whether there is difference between their status of being employedat the establishment stage of HBS, the degree how well-informed are the managersabout the SES project, whether it affects their participation is the studies, whether theopportunity of integration with the information system that is to be set up and with theother information systems of HBS is coherent with the VTYS that is used with thecodes the ministry has determined, the HBS's being open to innovations, its being inthe modular structure, that the HBS is suitable for the MERNIS, the operating systemtype of the main processor, the enlargement opportunity of the cabling system that isused in HBS, the degree how well-informed are the managers about the SES studiesof Ministry of Health, the establishment year of HBS, the situation of getting technicalsupport from the Ministry of Health during the establishment of HBS, HBS's beingestablished by the mediation of private sector was examined and no difference wasfound statistically as all the variables.
