Özet
-57- ÖZ ET Bu çalışmada 157 sağlıklı kişi ile, 30 miyokard enfarktüslü, 37 tip 1 diabetes mellituslu ve 8 perikarditli hastada mikronötralizasyon ve ELISA yöntemleri ile Coxsackie B virus (CBV) tip -1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ve 6 antikor düzeyleri araştırıldı. Mikronötralizasyon testi ile sağlıklı kişilerdeki antikor düzeyleri CBV-1'de £14, CBV-2'de «31.2, CBV-3'de «51.6, CBV-4'de «57.9, CBV-5'de «45.9 ve CBV-6'da «22.3 olarak saptanırken miyokard enfarktüslülerde CBV-J «6.6, CBV-2 «30.0, CBY-3 «56.7, CBV-4 «20.0, CBV-5 «50.0, ve CBV-6 «13.3; tip 1 diabetlilerde CBV-1 «10.8, CBV-2 «32.4, CBV-3 «51.4, CBV-4 «32.4, CBV-5 «35.1, ve CBV-6 «24.3; perikarditlilerde CBV-1 «12.5, CBV-2 «12.5, CBV-3 «62.5, CBV-4 «62.5, CBV-5 «12.5, ve CBV-6 «62.5 olarak saptanmıştır. Hastalık gruplarıyla sağlıklı kişilerin pozitiflikleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olabilecek bir fark saptanamamıştır (p>0.05). Sonuç olarak; CBV enfeksiyonlarının tanısında mikronötralizasyon testinin ELİSA'dan daha duyarlı ve hassas olduğuna, ülkemizde bu enfeksiyonlarla ilgili daha detaylı çalışmalar yapılması gerektiğine inanıyoruz.

-59- SUMMARY In this study, the antibody levels to Coxsackie B virus (CBV) types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are searched with microneutralisation and ELISA tests for 157 normal healthy persons, 30 patients with myocardial infarction, 37 patiens with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 8 patients with pericarditis. With microneutralisation test, the antibody levels in healthy people are found to be CBV-1 14$, CBV-2 31.255, CBV-3 51.655, CBV-4 57.955, CBV-5 45.955 and CBY-6 22.355. These results were found to be CBV-1 6.655, CBV-2 30.055, CBV-3 56.755, CBV-4 20.055, CBV-5 50.055, ve CBV-6 13.355 in patients with myocardial infarction; CBV-1 10.855, CBV-2 32.455, CBV-3 51.455, CBV-4 32.455, CBV-5 35.155, ve CBV-6 24.355 in type 1 diabetes mellitus; CBV-1 12.555, CBV-2 12.555, CBV-3 62.5 $, CBV-4 62.555, CBV-5 12.555, ve CBV-6 62.555 in patients with pericarditis. With enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) tests on the healthy peopl revealed that CBV-1 IgG 055, CBV-1 IgM 24.255, CBV-2 Ig6 12.1$, CBV-2 IgM 27.4$, CBV-3 IgO 8.351, CBV-3 IgM 23.6$, CBV-4 IgG 5.755, CBV-4 IgM 47.855, CBV-5 IgO 20.4$, CBY-5 IgM 14.7$, CBV-6 IgG 10.2$, CBV-6 IgM 8.3$; in patients with myocardial infarction CBV-1 IgG 0$, CBV-1 IgM 0$, CBV-2 IgO 0$, CBV-2 IgM 3.4$, CBV-3 IgG 16.7$, CBV-3 IgM 10.0$, CBV-4 IgG 0$, CBV-4 IgM 0$, CBV-5 IgG 43.4$, CBV-5 IgM 0$, CBV-6 IgG 0$, CBY-6 IgM 0$; and in type 1 diabetes CBV-1 IgG 8.1$, CBY-1 IgM 32.4$, CBV-2 IgG 8.1$, CBY-2 IgM 24.3$, CBV-3 IgG 2.7$, CBY-3 IgM 40.5$, CBV-4 IgG 2.7$, CBV-4 IgM 29.7$, CBV-5 IgG 5.4$, CBY-5 IgM 8.1$, CBV-6 IgG 5.4$, CBV-6 IgM 8.1$; and in patients with pericarditis the results-60- were found to be CBV-1 Ig6 0$, CBV-1 IgM 12.58, CBV-2 IgG 0%, CBV-2 IgM 08, CBV-3 IgG 0$, CBV-3 IgM 25.0$, CBV-4 Ig8 0$, CBV-4 IgM 37.58, CBV-5 Ig3 12.5$, CBV-5 IgM 12.5$, CBV-6 Ig6 08, CBV-6 IgM 12.58. From statistical point of view, there Is no meaningful difference between the results obtained for healthy people and the results obtained for patients (p>0.05). With these results, for CBV infections, microneutralisation test is observed to be more sensitive and more precise when compared to ELISA. We believe that a more detailed study concerning CBV infection in Turkey should be made.
