Yerbol, Zeidullayev, Kazakistan ve Türkiye'nin karşılıklı imajı: üniversite öğrencilerineyönelik ampirik bir araştırma, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Danışman: Prof. Dr. Bayram Kaya, 167s.ÖZETUzun yıllar boyunca Sovyetler Birliği'ndeki Türkler ve Türkiye arasında devameden ilişkilerin kopukluğu dönemi sona ermiştir. Dolaysıyla bu noktada Kazakistan'ın veTürkiye'nin yöneticilerinin, aydınlarının ve halklarının Türkiye'ye bakışları önemkazanmaktadır, zira uzun vadede ülkelerin ilişkilerini etkileyen çok önemli etken buülkelerin halklarının ve ileri gelen kişilerin birbirleriyle ilgili imajları, yani birbirlerinialgılama biçimleridir. Bu yüzden Kazakistan Cumhuriyetinin de, Türkiye'nin de yararınaolacağını düşündüğümüz stratejik ortaklığın kurulması açısından birbirleri ile alakalıolarak olumlu imajların yerleşmesi önemlidir.Bu tez çalışmasının konusu ?Kazakistan ve Türkiye'nin karşılıklı imajı: Türkiye veKazakistan'da üniversite öğrencilerine yönelik ampirik bir araştırma?dır. Araştırmanıntemel amacı Türkiye'de Kazakistan ve Kazakların diğer taraftan Kazakistan'da Türkiye veTürklerin mevcut imajını tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla araştırmanın birinci, yani teorikkısmında literatür taraması yapılarak Kazakistan'da ve Türkiye'deki yazılı kaynaklardakarşılıklı iki ülkenin birbirlerini nasıl değerlendirdikleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır.Araştırmanın ikinci kısmını oluşturan ampirik çalışmada ise, Kazakistan ve Türkiyeöğrencileri arasından üniversitede eğitim gören gençler araştırmanın örneklemine dahiledilmiştir. Böylece 1. ve 4. sınıf arasında eğitim alan üniversiteli gençlere anketuygulanmıştır.Anket uygulaması sonucunda elde edilen sonuçlar frekans analizi ve çapraz tablolaryöntemi uygulaması sonucunda ayrıntılı bir şekilde değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışma sonucunda, Kazakların Türkleri ve Türklerin Kazakları yeterli derecedetanımadıkları, dolaysıyla birbirlerini çoğu zaman önyargılı ve kalıp fikirlere dayanarakdeğerlendirdikleri saptanmıştır.Yerbol, Zeidullayev, nteractive image of Kazakhstan and Turkey: empiric research aboutuniversity students in Kazakhstan and Turkey, Master's Thesis, Advisor: Prof. Dr. BayramKaya, 167 p.SUMMURYThe weak realationship period that lasted for ages between Turkey an the Turkswho were living in the Soviet Union naw ended, so the view of the directors, intellectualsand peoples of the both Kazakhstan and Turkey gained importance at this point, as themost important factor which effects the relationship between countries in long term is theimage of the peoples and the notabilites of these countries; in other words it is the way ofunderstanding each other. Fort his resson, pozitive images which will help to createstrategic association between Kazakhstan and Turkey will be beneficial for both coutries.The subject matter of this thesis is the ? nteractive image of Kazakhstan andTurkey: empiric research about university students in Kazakhstan and Turkey?. The mainaim of this research is to fix the existing image of Kazakhstan and Kazakh people in Turkeyand the image of the Turkish people and Turkey in Kazakhstan. For this reasan in thefirst and theoric part of the research we tried to understand how to countries appreciateeach other according to the literary words.n the second part of the research which consists of empiric studies, universitystudents in both Kazakhstan and Turkey were joined to the illustrations by answering thequestions of the questionaire. The results of the questionaire are evaluated using themethodology of crosstabs and frequency analysis.At the end of the research we see that neither Kazakh nor Turkish people know eachother very well as a result they evaluate each other with prejudise.
