Özet
Üretim süreci, yöntemi, araçlar ve girdilerinin de i im gösterdi igünümüzde, baz ürün ve hammaddeler daha öncelikli ve önemli duruma gelmi tir.K ymetli madenlere sahip olan ülkeler, ihracat ve ithalatta rekabet edebilme veticaret hacmini art rma konusunda avantajl duruma gelmi lerdir. Türkiye aç s ndanda öncelikli bir paya sahip olan kuyumculuk sektörü tüm Dünya'da h zlageli mektedir. Türkiye alt n ithalat nda Dünya s ralamas nda be inci s rada yeral rken, alt n tak tasar m nda ikinci s radad r. Söz konusu veriler, Türkiye'desektörün kapasitesi ve geni leme potansiyelini gösterme aç s ndan gösterge olarakde erlendirilebilir. Bu noktada, kuyumculuk sektörünün geli imi ve istihdamyap lanmas n n ayr nt l biçimde incelenmesi gere i de ortaya ç kmaktad r. Tez çal mas teorik ve uygulamadan olu an üçbölümü içermektedir:Ara t rman n birinci bölümünde; kavramsal tan mlamalara yer verilerek,k ymetli maden sektörü içerisinde yer alan kurum ve kurulu lar ile sektörün i leyiyap s , finans araçlar ve Türk kuyumculuk sektörünün tarihsel geli im sürecidönemler halinde anlat lm t r.Küresel boyutta k ymetli maden sektöründe üretim ve Türkiye'de istihdamyap lanmas ba l kl ikinci bölümde, k ymetli maden sektöründe üretimin küreselboyutu, k ymetli madenlere yönelik yat r m harcamalar , fiyatlar ve arz-talep dengesiile Türkiye'de k ymetli maden üretimi ve istihdam n genel görünümü hakk ndaaç klamalar yap lm t r.Çal ma ya am nda bölünemez `kamusal bir mal' olan çal ma ko ullar ,ara t rman n üçüncü bölümünü olu turmaktad r. Some product and staple goods have became to a more important and to apriority position nowadays where the production process, methods, equipment andinput have been showing changes. The countries that own valuable mines are nowmore advantegous to compete with other countries. Jewelery sector which also has apriority position for Turkey is developing rapidly in the world. Turkey is in the fifthposition at gold export, while it is in the second place at jewelery design. These inputcan be evaluated as an indification of Turkey?s Jeweler sectors capacity and theextend potential. At this point it also indicates the importance of the observation ofemployment structure. Conditions of employment also is a factor in employmentconditions of the people working in jewelery sectors are observed. The thesis studycontains three parts that is combined from the theory and appliance. In the first partof the research conceptual definition have been explained, valuable mine firms andorganizations that are included in the valuable mine and have they check out, thefinance appliance and Turkish jewelery sectors historical development in periods hasbeen told in the second part under the heading of the global dimension in thevaluable mine sector product and the employment structure in Turkey, the productionthe global dimension at mine sectors, the investment spending towards valuablemines, the prices and the supply, the demand balance, the production and theemployment in Turkey has been declared. The third part is consisted of businessconditions. In this part the poll given to the people included at Istanbul Bazaarjewelery sector?s production business, have an acceptable working conditions,physical, juridical, business organization according to human resources management.
