Özet
Küreselleşme ile birlikte büyüyen işletmeler yoğun rekabet ortamında kârlarınıartırabilmenin yolunun üretim artışıyla değil maliyetlerin düşürülmesi ile sağlanacağınıgörmüşlerdir. Bununla birlikte geniş ürün yelpazesi, düşük fiyat politikası ve tam zamanlılıkile müşteri memnuniyeti de ön plana çıkmıştır. Tüm bu amaçları başarmanın yolu ?TedarikZinciri Yönetimi?nden geçmektedir.Yüksek lisans tezi olarak sunduğum bu çalışmada işletmelerin, yukarıda bahsedilenamaçlar doğrultusunda, bilgi teknolojilerinin de desteğiyle fiziksel dağıtım, şirket içi lojistikeylemler ve şirketler arası tedarik zinciri yapılanmalarındaki esaslar ele alınmıştır.Birinci bölümde, tedarik zinciri yönetimi, lojistik ve fiziksel dağıtım hakkında genelbilgiler verilerek tanımlanmıştır. Zaman zaman birbiri yerine kullanılan bu kavramlararasındaki farklar açıklanmıştır.İkinci bölümde, Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi esasları olan; üretim, yerleşim, envanter,nakliye ve bilgi bileşenleri çerçevesinde işletme içi/işletmeler arası kurulacak koordinasyonhakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Yeniden yapılanma sonucu meydana gelen zinciri oluşturanişletmeler, farklı ürünler ile farklı coğrafyalarda faaliyet göstermektedirler. Tedarik zinciriyardımıyla işleyen bu sistem maliyet ve envanterde azalma, müşteriye tam zamanlı mal vehizmet sağlamaktadır.Üçüncü bölümde, fiziksel dağıtımın ve tedarik zinciri yönetiminin yararlarıincelenmiştir.Uygulama olarak Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri lojistik yapısı içersinde bulunan, tedarikzinciri sisteminin işleyişi incelenmiş ve bu sisteme tedarik zinciri yönetimi esaslarıuygulanmıştır.

Companies growing with globalisation found out that the way of increasing profits isnot to increase the production rate, but is to lower the expenses. In addition to this, widevariety of products, prices, just in time and customer satisfaction also became important. Theway of succession passes through ?Supply Chain Management?.With the objectives mentioned above,this study that I present as my Master? Degreethesis deals with the principles of logistic operations within the company and supply chainstructure between companies.In the first chapter, Given the general konwledges about Supply Chain Management,Logisitcs and Physical Distrubution were described. I clarified the differences about theseissuues which are used as the same with each other.In the second chapter, Coordination within the company or between companies isestablished with the principles of Supply Chain Management, that are production, location,inventory, transport and information components. The companies that set up the chain as aresult of reconstruction, operate in different geographies with different products. This system,operating with the help of supply chain, causes decrease in expanses and inventory, andprovides goods end services just in time to the customer.In the third chapter, Supply Chain Management?s and Physical Distrubution?s benefitswere examined.As the study case , the operation of the supply chain system that takes place within thelogistic structure of the Land Forces Command is examined and the principles of supply chainmanagement is applied to this system.
