Özet
iiiÖZETBu çalismada biyolojik olarak önemli etkilere sahip beta karbolin alkaloitlerinsentezi için ara ürünler sentezlenmesi amaçlanmistir. Bu amaç dogrultusunda betakarbolin yapisina geçis için ara basamak olacak 3-etil indol'ün ucuz ve basitmoleküllerden baslayarak sentezlenmesi planlanmistir. Sentez, sübstitüe i dollerinnsentezi için uygun bir yöntem olan Fisher Indol sentezi yöntemi ile yapilmis olupfenil hidrazonun 3-etil indol vermek üzere asit katalizli halkalasmasi için çesitliasitler ve yöntemler denenmistir. 3-etil indolün literatürde bu yöntem ile sentezibulunmamaktadir. Ayrica sentez sonunda karsilasilan saflastirma problemininasilmasi için denenen yöntemler, mikrodalga ile yapilan sentez denemeleri ve tüm budenemelerin sonuçlari rapor edilmistir. Elde edilen bu maddeden yola çikarak betakarbolin yapisina ve alkaloit sentezine yönelik çalismalar devam etmektedir.

ivABSTRACTIn this study we planned to sythese intermediates to get beta carboline alkaloidshaving effective bioligical activities. In this way we tryed to synthese 3-ethyl indoleas an intermediate from simple and cheap compounds to obtain the beta carbolinestructure. This synthese was carried out with a suitable method called the FisherIndole Sythesis to synt hese substitued indoles. That synthesis was tried for differentacids and methods for acid catalized cyclozation of buthenal phenylhydrazone togive 3-ethyl indole. There is nothing about Sythesis of 3-ethly indole by this methodin the literature. The methods for solving the purification problem of experiment,feasibility of this sytnthese with microwave irradiation and all the results of thoseexperiments was reported. And we still study about to synthese beta carbolinestructure and the alkaloids with using that compound.
