Özet
iÖZETBu çalışmada Etil-2,2'-bisiminometilkinolin-8-ol Schiff bazı sentezlenmis veelde edilen Schiff bazının bazı lantanit nitrat tuzlarıyla yaptığı kompleks yapılarıdeneysel ve teorik olarak incelenmiştir. ncelenen tüm moleküllerin yapılarıspektroskopik olarak aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.Elde edilen Schiff bazının olası konformerleri moleküler mekanik ve DFTyöntemlerle incelenerek en kararlı yapı saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ligandınspektroskopik verileri DFT yöntemlerle elde edilen verilerle karşılaştırılıp deneysel veteorik veriler arasındaki uyum incelenmiştir. ncelenen komplekslerin olası yapılarıspektroskopik ve DFT yöntemlerle aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.

iiSUMMARYSchiff base of Ethyl-2,2?-bisiminomethylquinolin-8-ol was synthesised and it?slanthanite nitrate complexes were investigated by experimental and theoretical methodsThe structures of all molecules were attempted to determined by spectroscopic methods.Possible conformers of the Schiff base were investigated using molecularmechanic and DFT methods to find stable form of the ligand. Spectroscopic resultswere compared with DFT data . Possible forms of complexes were elucidated usingspectroscopic and DFT methods also.
