Özet
dönüşümde, web sayfalarının hazırlanması sürecinde, programlamatekniklerinin uygulanması gerek kullanıcılar gerekse de özel sektör vekamu sektörleri açısından büyük kolaylıklar sağlamaktadır. Klasik websayfalarında kullanılan statik içeriklerin dinamiğe dönüştürülmesi vetüm sektörlerin işlerini bu platform üzerinde sürdürmesi tüm maliyetlerive harcanan zamanı azaltmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, nesne tabanlıprogramlama, standart programlama ve fonksiyonel-prosedürselprogramlama teknikleri ile geliştirilen ve e-dönüşümlerde sıklıklakullanılan veritabanlarıyla etkileşime geçme, dosya sistemleri, ağ veprotokol fonksiyonları, anlamlı grafikler üretme işlemlerini kapsayankod düzenleri, dinamik programlama yöntemi çerçevesinde ve PHP webprogramlama diliyle hazırlanarak çeşitli platformlarda performanstestine tabi tutulmuştur. Her bir işlem için geliştirilen kod düzenleri,donanımı ve sistem yazılımları farklı olan üç adet sunucu bilgisayarda1000'er kez çalıştırılmıştır. Kod düzenlerinin çalıştırılması sonucunda,performansı belirlemek için her adımda kodların çalışma süreleri mikrosaniye cinsinden elde edilmiş ve sunucu bilgisayarlarda depolanmıştır.Kod düzenlerine, internet kullanım yoğunluğunun etkisini belirlemek veelde edilen sonuçları güvenli hale getirmek için internet kullanımının enyoğun olduğu varsayılan 09:00-16:00 ve en seyrek olduğu varsayılan02:00-06:00 saatlerinde örnek işlemler, toplam iki defa çalıştırılmıştır.Elde edilen sonuçlar, faktöriyel düzende varyans analizi tekniğiyleistatistiksel analize tabi tutulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın esas amacı etkili e-dönüşümlerin gerçekleşmesini sağlamak için belirli araçlarla dinamikweb programlama tekniklerini geliştirmek, bunun için oluşturulan koddüzenlerini kıyaslamak ve web sayfalarının e-dönüşüm açısındantasarlanma tekniklerini belirlemektir.Bilim Kodu : 702.3.006

At E-transformation, at the process of preparing web pages, applicationof the program techniques make things much easier for both users andprivate sector and public sector. Transforming the static contents usedat the classical web pages to the dynamics and for all the sectorsperforming their procedures over this platform decrease all the costand the time wasted. At this study, passing to interaction with the databases that are developed with object-oriented programming, standardprogramming, and functional-procedural programming techniquesand often used at e-transformations, getting prepared in the aspect offile systems, net and protocol functions, the code orders including theprocedures of producing meaningful graphics, dynamic programmingmethod and in the language of PHP web programming, have beenundergone the test of performance at the several platforms. It has beenoperated 1000 times per at the three presenting computers whose codeorders, hardware and system software developed for each procedureare different. At the result of operating the code orders, to determinethe performance, at every step, the operating periods of the codes havebeen obtained as micro second, and they have been kept in thepresenting computers. To the code orders, to determine the effect ofinternet usage intensity and for getting the obtained results safe, at thehours 09:00-16:00 which the usage of internet are supposed as themost intensive, and at the hours 02:00-06:00 p.m. which the usage ofinternet are supposed as the most rarely, the sample procedures havebeen operated twice totally. The results that were obtained have beenundergone of statistical analysis with the variance analysis techniqueat the factorial level. The main objective of this study is to develop thedynamic web programming techniques with certain means in order toassure performing the e-transformations, to compare the code orderscarried out for this purpose, and to point out the designing techniquesof web pages in aspect of e-transformation.Science Code : 702.3.006
