Özet
Bu çalışmada, 4-Benzoil-1-(2,4-dinitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit ve 4- Benzoil-1-(4-dinitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit klorürünün bazı alkollerle reaksiyonları araştırılmıştır. Bu araştırma altı yeni bileşiğin sentezi ile sonuçlanmıştır. Öncelikle 4-Benzoil-1-(2,4- dinitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit (2), sonra 4-Benzoil-1-(4-nitrofenil)- 5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit (3), bunun SOCI2 ile reaksiyonundan 4-Benzoil-1- (4-nitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilli asit klorürü (4) bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Ardından (2) ve (4) bileşiklerinin çeşitli alkollerle reaksiyonları yapılarak sırasıyla; pentil 4-benzoil-1-[2,4-dinitrofenil]-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilat (OB1), izopentil 4-benzoil-1-[2,4-dinitrofenil]-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilat (OB2), izopropil 4-benzoil-1-[2,4-dinitrofenil]-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilat (OB3), bütil 4-benzoil-1-[2,4-dinitrofenil]-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilat (OB4), bütil 4- benzoil-1-[4-nitrofenil]-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilat (OB5), pentil 4-benzoil- 1-[4-nitrofenil]-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilat (OB6), bileşikleri sentez edilmiştir. Sentez edilen bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, NMR ve IR spektroskopisi yardımıyla aydınlatılmıştır. Sonuçlar reaksiyonlarda kullanılan nükleofillerin ve sentez edilip kullanılan subsratların yapı ve özellikleri yönünden karşılaştırmalı olarak tartışılmıştır.

In this study, the reactions of 4-Benzoyl-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole- 3-carboxylic acid and 4-Benzoyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid chloride with various alcohols were investigated. The investigation resulted in the synthesis of 6 new compounds. First, the compound 4- Benzoyl-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (2), then 4- Benzoyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (3), was synthesized. 4-Benzoyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid chloride (4) was obtained from the reaction of (3) with thionyl chloride. Pentyl 4- benzoyl-1-[2,4-dinitrophenyl]-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (OB1), isopentyl 4-benzoyl-1-[2,4-dinitrophenyl]-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (OB2), isopropyl 4-benzoyl-1-[2,4-dinitrophenyl]-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3- carboxylate (OB3), butyl 4-benzoyl-1-[2,4-dinitrophenyl]-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3- carboxylate (OB4), butyl 4-benzoyl-1-[4-nitrophenyl]-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3- carboxylate (OB5), pentyl 4-benzoil-1-[4-nitrophenyl]-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3- carboxylate (OB6) were obtained from the reaction of 2 and 4 with the corresponding alcohols. The structure of these newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by using IR, NMR spectra and elemental analyses. The effect and the behavior of the nucleophiles and the new substrates in these reactions were discussed comparably according to their properties and structures.
