Özet
Bu çalışma“Sanatta Yeterlik”programı çerçevesinde“Konser ve Resital icra etme”bölümünde yer alan Deodat de Severac'ın“Les Naîades et le Faune indiscret”adlı eserinin incelenmesi dışında bestecinin yaşamı, eserleri ve empresyonist dönemin resim ve müziğe etkileri mcelenmiştir. Çalışmamın birinci bölümünde empresyonist akımın doğuşu, resim sanatına etkileri, döneme damgasını vuran belli başlı ressamları ve eserlerini kapsamaktadır. ikinci bölümde ise empresyonist akımın müzikteki gelişimi incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıca dönemin ünlü bestecilerine ve eserlerine yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Severac'ın yaşamı, bestecilik stili ve eserleri incelenmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde bestecinin“Les Naîades et le Faune indiscret”adlı eseri incelenmiştir.

In this study, within the framework of“Adequacy in Art”programme, Deodat de Severac's work named“Les Naiades et le Faune indiscref's study which is noted in the chapter named ”Performing Concerts and Recitals“ together with the composer's life, works, and the influences of the impressionist era on painting and music have been studied. The first chapter of my study covers the birth of the impressionist movement, its influences on painting, the major painters who shaped the era and their works. The influence of the impressionist movement on music is studied in the second chapter. Furthermore, the famous composers and their pieces are studied. In the third chapter, the life of Severac, his composition style and works have been studied. In the forth and the last chapter, the composer's work named ”Les Naiades et le Faune indiscret" has been studied.
