Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmanızda çıkağları değişik 81 salmonella (56 S» paratyphi B 25 S. typhi) susunun 6 antibiyotiğe (ampi- cillin, oxytetracyclin, streptomycin, kanamyoin, gentamyoin, tlıiamphenicol) karşı direne durumları modifiye dilüsyon yön temiyle belirlendi. Saptanan multidirençli suşlarla 6 antibi yotiğe de duyarlı E. coli K12 J^ arasında konjugasyon deney- leri yapıldı. Konjugasyon sonrası salmonella suşlarıyla karşı laşan her bir E. coli K12 J5-3 susunun 6 antibiyotiğe karşı durumları belirlendi, aşağıdaki sonuçlara varildi» a- Antibiyogramlarm sonucu suşlardan #60» dan fazlası nın streptomycin, kanamyein, ampicillin ve oxytetracyclin' e direnç li oldukları, b-Salmonella suşlarındaki multidirençli lik oranının %70,4, multidirençli suşlardaki bulaştırıcı nitelikteki R fak tör oranının da %52»4 olduğu, o- Gösterilen dirençliligin en yüksek oranda ampioil- lin» e, en düşük oranda gentamyein'e karşı olmak üzere R fak törüne e yönetildiği, multiairenc- TF^to lilik yüzdeleri ve E faktör taşıma oranları bakımından S. para- typhi B'lerde S. typhi' ler e oranla? dışkı ve idrar çıkağlılar- da, kan çıkağlılara oranla daha yüksek değerler saptandı.

SUMMARY In this study, we examined the response of 81 salmo nella strains (56 S. paratyphi B and 25 S. typhi) of diffe rent origin to 6 antibiotics (ampicillin, oxytetracyclin, streptomycin, kanamycin, gentamycin, thiamphenicol) using modified dilution method. The conjugation tests were carried out between the multipl resistant strains of salmonella and E. coli K12 J5_5 which was sensitive to the 6 antibiotics. After the conjugation tests, we investigated the response of E. coH K-o Jr_, to the same antibitics, and came to the following conclusions : a- More than 60% of the salmonella strains were resis tant to streptomycin, kanamycin, ampicillin and oxytetracyclin, b- Multipl resistance rate of salmonella strains were 70.4% whereas the rate of the R factor was 52.4$, c- The resistance determined was directed by E fac tors and its highest rate was to ampicillin, and the lowest to gentamycin, <!- The resistance levels to antibiotics, the multipl resistance rates, and the presence rate of R factor were hig her among the S. paratyphdTTTlitraih! found higher rates among those isolated from feces and urine, than the ones isolated from blood.
