ÖZET DENİZLİ MERKEZ AFİT FAUNASININ BELİRLENMESİ ÇIRAKLI, Ayşe Niğde Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Gazi GÖRÜR Temmuz 2006, 43 Sayfa Denizli il merkezinde gerek kültüre alman gerekse doğal olarak bulunan bitkilerde beslenen afit türlerinin belirlenmesi çalışmaları 2004-2006 yıllan arasında sürdürülmüştür. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda 17 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar; Aphis craccivora Koch, 1857, Aphis gossypi Glover, 1877, Aphis punicae Shinji, 1922, Aphis spiraecola Patch, 1914, Aphis nasturtii Kaltenbach, 1843, Aphis fabae Scopoli, 1763, Brachycaudus cardui (Linnaeus, 1758), Brachycaudus helichrysi (Kaltenbach, 1843), Eriosoma lanigerum (Gilette, 1908) Hyalopterus pruni (Geoffray, 1768), Macrosiphum euphorbiae (Thomas, 1878), Myzaphis turanica (Nevsky, 1925), Macrosiphum rosae (Linnaeus, 1798), Myzus ascolanicus Sulzer, 1786, Ovatus insitus (Gilette, 1908), Rhipalisiphum insertum (Linnaeus, 1758), Wahlgreniella nervata (Gilette, 1908). Daha önce çalışma alanında afit türlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla çalışma yapılmadığından sonuçların Türkiye afit faunası ve daha sonra bölgede yapılabilecek çalışmalara taban oluşturması açısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir.

SUMMARY THE DETERMINATION OF THE APHID SPECIES IN THE CENTRE OF DENİZLİ ÇIRAKLI, Ayşe University of Niğde Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Biology Supervisor: Assist. Prof. Dr. Gazi GÖRÜR July 2006, 43 Pages As a result of the study was carried out between 2004 and 2006 to determine aphid species feeding on cultured and wild plants in Central Denizli, 17 aphid species were recorded. These species are; Aphis craccivora Koch, 1857, Aphis gossypi Glover, 1877, Aphis punicae Shinji, 1922, Aphis spiraecola Patch, 1914, Aphis nasturtii Kaltenbach, 1843, Aphis fabae (Scopoli, 1763), Brachycaudus cardui (Linnaeus,1758), Brachycaudus helichrysi (Kaltenbach, 1843), Eriosoma lanigerum (Gilette, 1908), Hyalopterus pruni (Geoffray, 1762) Macrosiphum euphorbiae (Thomas, 1878), Myzaphis turanica Nevsky, 1925, Macrosiphum rosae (Linneus, 1798), Myzus ascolanicus (Sulzer, 1786), Ovatus insitus (Gilette, 1908), Rhipalisiphum insertum (Linnaeus, 1758) and Wahlgreniella nervata (Gilette, 1908). As there are no detailed study conducted to determine aphid species in the study area, it was thought that results of the study are important in both for the Turkish aphid fauna and for the future possible studies in this region.
