ÖZET Ligand Değiştirici sabit Faz Üzerinde Aflatoksinlerin Adsorpsiyon Davranışlarının İncelenmesi ÇÎNÇİNOĞLU, Murat Niğde Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Yrd. Doç. Dr. Ahmet AYAR Haziran, 2006, 66 sayfa Co(II)-KDAE-sporopollenin sabit faz kullanılarak aflatoksinlerin (Aflatoksin Bl ve Aflatoksin B2 ) ligand adsorpsiyonu davranışları mcelenmiştir. Ligand adsorpsiyonu sürekli bir metod olan kolon metodu ile kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sabit faz üzerinde farklı başlangıç konsantrasyonlanndaki çözeltilerin (Aflatoksin Bl ve Aflatoksin B2) adsorpsiyon kapasiteleri 22 °C de breakthrough tekniği kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Ligand konsantrasyonları AFB1 için Cl = 1.60xl0“3, C2 = 1.83xl0”3, C3 = 2.14xl0“3, C4 = 2.56xl0”3 ve C5 = 3.20xl0-3 olarak ve AFB2 için Cl = 1.59xl0“3, C2 = 1.82xl0'3, C3 = 2.12xl0”3, C4 = 2.55xl0“3 ve C5 = 3.18xl0”3 (mmol/mL) olarak seçilmiştir. Co(ü)-KDAE-sporopollenin'in adsorpsiyon davramşlan Scatchard eğrileri ile incelenmiş, adsorpsiyon izotermleri Langmuir ve Freundlich adsorpsiyon izotermleri ile açıklanmıştır.

SUMMARY Investigation of Adsorption Behaviours of Aflatoxines on Ligand Exchanger Stationary Phase ÇÎNÇÎNO?LU, Murat Niğde University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Science Department of Chemistry Supervisor : Assistant Prof. Dr. Ahmet AYAR June,2006, 66 pages The ligand adsorption properties of aflatoxines ( afiatoxin Bl and B2 ) have been investigated by using cobalt(n)-carboxylated diarninoethyl sporopollenin ( CoÇQ)KDAE- Sporopollenin ) as stationary phase. Ligand adsorption process have been carried out by using column method which is a continuos method. The adsorptoion of aflatoxins from solutions of different initial concentrations onto ligand exchanger resin was mesored by using breakthrough technique at 22 °C. The initial ligand concentrations were chosen to be Cl=1.60xl0-3, C2 = 1.83xlO“3,C3 = 2.14xl0”3, C4 - 2.56xl0'3 and C5 = 3.20X10"3 (mmol/mL) for AFB1 and CI - 1.59x1 0-3, C2 = 1.82x10*, C3 = 2.12x1 0-3, C4 = 2.55xl(T3 and C5 = 3.18x10 (mmol/mL) for AFB2. The characteristics of the adsorbent was investigated by using Scatchart plot analysis ( q/C versus q). The ligand adsorption behaviours of these ligands on Co(II)KDAE-sporoEenin is expressed by Langmuir and Freundlich isoterms.
