SUMMARY At the end of World War I the Ottaman Empire had signed the Mondros Truce. According to this truce the Middle Taurus Passers and Çukurova were occupied by the English and French forces while the land of the empire was occupied by Allied Powers. Then, the area was left to France after the agreement between England and France. After the occupation, there has been France Armenian cooperation and the Armenian oppression increased violently in the region. The National Resistance that was coming into power in the region turned into a collective movement rapidly. Later this movement Joined to the National Organization that was organized in Sivas aiming at the independence of the nation. After that, Mustafa Kemal Joined the National Power Supporters in Çukurova region to the Turkish Grand National Assembly through the Pozantı Congress. So, the people of the region, who had completed their organization, gained a victory against the French and the Armenians, their allies, in Çukurova region. In conclusion, the Ankara Agreement was signed between Turkey and France. After this agreement the region Joined to the Turkish land again. X
