Özet
TARİHİ YAPILARDA GEZİ PLATFORMLARININ DÜZENLENMESİ MOSTAR ÖRNEĞİ ÖZET Tarihi Yapılarda Gezi Platformlarının Düzenlenmesi - Mostar Örneği başlıklı çalışmanın kapsamı, konunun korumacılık yöntem ve uygulamaları içindeki önemi ve yerinin belirtilmesi, tarihi, doğal ve anı değeri taşıyan yapı, oluşum ve dokuların ziyarete açılmasında alınması gereken önlemler ve çok yönlü tasarım modellerini varolan örnekler ve bunların bağlamında pilot bir uygulama alanı olarak Mostar- Bosna-Hersek Tara Kulesi arkeolojik alanı ölçeğinde korumacılık ilkelerine bağlı kalarak teşhir amaçlı bir model geliştirmektir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde giriş, çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı, yöntemi ve literatür içindeki yerine değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde mimari kavramlar ve korumacılık ilkeleri bağlamında gezi platformları irdelenmiş, üçüncü bölümde gezi platformlarının uygulama alanları ve çeşitli örneklere yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm model için seçilen Bosna-Hersek'in Mostar Şehrindeki Tara ve Halebiya Kuleleri Arkeolojik Katmanlarına ayrılmıştır. Beşinci bölüm ise, önerilen model çalışmasını içermektedir. Bu çalışma sonucunda tarihsel ve kültürel mirası korumaya yönelik ilke ve tüzük kararlan göz önünde bulundurularak yapılacak teşhir amaçlı gezi platformlarına yönelik her türlü çaba ve gayretin toplumları özendirecek nitelikte sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik getirilerin sağlanabileceği tespitine varılmıştır.

ORGANIZATION OF WALKWAY PLATFORMS IN HISTORICAL BUILDINGS - MOSTAR SAMPLE ABSTRACT The scope of the study titled organization of walkway platforms in historical buildings - Mostar sample, is indicating the significance and status of the subject within the protectionist methods and applications, the precautions which must be taken in presentation of the historical, natural constructions, forms and tissues which carry a memorial value to public visit, to develop a model committed to the preservationist principles with the purpose of exhibition by using the existing samples of multi-aspect designs and in the context of these samples, in the scale of Mostar-Bosnia-Herzegovina Tara Tower archeological site as a pilot application area. In the first section of the study, introduction, aim of the study, scope, method and its position in literature have been mentioned. In the second section, walkway platforms in the context of architectural concepts and protectionist principles have been examined, and in the third section the application areas of the walkway platforms and miscellenous samples have been covered. In the fourth section, the Tara and Halebia Towers in Mostar City of Bosnia-Herzegovina which is selected as the model have been separated to archeological layers. And the fifth section is constituted of the proposed model study. At the consequence of this study, a determination has been concluded that social, cultural and economic benefits in the qualification of making the societies care about the preservation of the natural, cultural and historical heritage may be provided by the studies directed at the protection of the historical and cultural heritage and functionalization of the sufficient sites with demonstration purpose.
