Özet
ÇAMKORU (ÇAMLIDERE-ANKARA) AEROPALİNOLOJİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA İlginç Kızılpınar ÖZ 2003-2004 yılları arasında yapılan bu çalışma da, Çamkoru (Çamlıdere- Kızılcahamam-ANKARA) atmosferindeki alerjik spor ve polenler araştırılmıştır. Çamkoru atmosferindeki spor ve polenlerin ait oldukları bitki taksonları gravimetrik yöntemle saptanmıştır. Her bir taksona ait spor ve polen miktarı cm2 alana düşen sayıya dönüştürülmüştür. Elde edilen veriler grafiklendirilmiş ve yörenin polen takvimi çıkarılmıştır. Diğer taraftan alerjik spor ve polenlerin insanlar üzerine olan etki dereceleri belirtilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Çamkoru atmosferinde 12'si ağaç ve ağaçsı, 15'i otsu olmak üzere toplam 27 farklı taksonun polenine rastlanmıştır. Ayrıca atmosfere sporlarını salan ve alerjik etkisi yüksek olan Alternaria Nees ve Cladosporium Link., sporları da tanımlanmış ve sayılmıştır.

A RESEARCH UPON THE AEROPALYNOLOGY OF ÇAMKORU (ÇAMLIDERE- ANKARA) İlginç Kızılpınar ABSTRACT This study examined the aeropalynology of the area of Çamkoru (Çamlıdere- Kızılcahamam-ANKARA-Turkey) throughout 2003 and 2004. Using a gravimetric method, it focused on fungus spores and the plant taxa of pollen grains in the atmosphere of Çamkoru. The spores and grains were identified morphologically and their microphotographs were taken. In the study, a Durham's was utilized Instrument to measure the amount of spores and grains per cm2. These amounts were graphed along with their respective plant taxa. Furthermore, the variations in these amounts throughout the year were used to create an aeropalynological calender of the area of Çamkoru. The possible allergic, influences of these spores and pollen grains on humans are reported. According to the results, there were 27 kinds of pollen grains, which of 12 were trees and shrubs and of 15 were herbaceous. There were also spores of Altemaria Nees and Cladosporium Link., which were identified and counted. These spores are known to have highly allergic properties.
