Özet
ÖZET Araştırmanın amacı, kur ulusunun 50. yılında köy enstitülerinin Türk Eğitim Sistemi 'nin yönetimine olan katkısını ortaya çıkarmak ve bunlardan öğretmen yetiştirmede yararlanma yollarını aramaktır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubuna, 250 köy enstitüsü mezunu 250 ilkokul öğretmeni ve 250 eğitim yüksekokulu 3. sınıf öğrencisi alınmıştır.Yanıtlanan 658 anketin 236'sı köy enstitüsü mezunlarına, 226'sı ilkokul öğretmenlerine, 216 'sı da eğitim yüksekokulu öğrencilerine aittir. Anketle toplanan verilerin frekans dağılımı, yüzdelik değer, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve kay kare gibi istatistik işlemleri yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları kısaca şunlardır; 1-Köy enstitüsünün amaçlar ı, öğretmen yetiştiren şimdi ki okul için, çağdaş gereksinimleri karşılayacak bazı düzenle meler yapıldığında geçerlidir. 2-Köy enstitüsü tam bir sistem özelliği taşıyordu. öğretmen yetiştiren okulun da sistem özelliğine kavuşturulması gerekli bulunmuştur. > <-, 3-Köy enstitüsü yönetimi, işlevlerini yerine getirmede yüksek düzeydeydi.öğretmen yetiştiren okul, yönetiminin işlevlerini çağdaş gereksinimleri karşılayabilecek düzeye ulaştırılması gerekli bulunmuştur. 4-Köy enstitüsünde yönetim süreçleri yüksek düzeyde uygulanmıştır.öğretmen yetiştiren okulun yönetim süreçlerini yüksek düzeyde uygulaması gerekli görülmüştür. ii

265 ABSTRACT The purpose of research is to find the contribution of“Köy Enstitüsü”to the Turkish Education system on its the 50th yerar of begining to the education and to search for the ways which can be used on teaching and training the teachers in the present system. Two hundred and fifty graduates of köy enstitüsü, the same a mount of primary school teachers and third year stu dents of teacher training colleges, totaly seven hundred and fifty people were taken as the exemplary group of this re- seach.The six hundred and fifty-eight of the questionnaires were sent them had returned to the researcher.Two hundred and sixteen of those had been answered by the graduates of köy enstitüsü/two hundred and twenty six of them by the primary school teachers and two hundred and sixteen of them by the students of teacher training colleges. The statiskal techniques like, frequency distrubition, percent, aritmetic mean, standart deviation and chi-square test were applied on the raw materials of this research. The results of this research are briefly such as: 1-The purpose of“Köy Enstitüsü”can be used as the curriculum of the present teachers' training colleges if it is reorganized according the needs of the present modern life 2-“Köy Enstitüsü”has the speciality of a consummate system. 3-“Köy Enstitüsü”was fulfilling the functions of the administration at extream level.266 4-The processes of administration at the system of köy enstitüsü were performed on the extremelevel. It has been found that the school at which the teachers are being educated must have the system characteristic, the administration of it must have the level by which the needs of the modern life can be comprised, it should perform the processes of administration at the top level as well.
