ÖZET AĞIR ASFALT İŞLERİNDE ÇALIŞAN İŞÇİLERİN VE KIRSAL KESİMDE YAŞAYAN KİŞİLERİN KAN SERUMLARINDA BAZI AĞIR METAL İYONLARI İLE BAZI SPESİFİK KARACİĞER ENZİMLERİ VE TESTESTERON HORMONU MİKTARLARININ TESBİTİ KANAT, Yeliz Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Biyokimya Ana bilim Dalı Tez Danışmanı: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Nurhayat ATASOY Ocak 2005, 32 Sayfa Bu çalışmada, ağır metallerden olan korsun (pb) ve kadmiyum (cd), ağır asfalt işçilerinin karaciğer enzimlerine gulutamat oksalat transaminaz (GOT), gulutamat piruvat transaminaz (GPT ) ve testesteron hormonuna etkileri araştırıldı. Araştırma materyalini Van karayolları asfalt işçilerinden ve kırsal kesimde yaşayan kişilerden alınan kanlar oluşturmuştur. Araştırma kişisel özellikler dikkate alınarak yürütülmüştür. İşçiler ve kırsal kesimdeki kişilerden alınan kan örneklerinde kurşun, kadmiyum, enzim aktiviteleri ve hormon miktarı ölçülerek elde edilen sonuçlar R değerine bağlı varyans analizi ile yorumlandı.Elde edilen sonuçlara göre karayolları asfalt işçilerinde GOT miktarı 23.27Ü.09 U/L, kontrol grubunda GOT miktarı 23.27±1.02 U/L, karayolları asfalt işçilerinde GPT miktarı 23.82± 1.75 U/L, kontrol grubunda 20.48± 1.61 U/L, Pb miktarı asfalt işçilerinde 14.64±0.64 flg /lOOml, kontrol grubunda 5.04±0.60 \xg /100ml ve p<0.01 derecesinde önemli; Cd miktarı asfalt işçilerinde 0. 16 ldb0.028 flg/lOOmL kontrol grubunda 0.03 8±0.026 ng/100ml ve p<0.01 derecesinde önemli, işçilerden sigara içenlerde 0.283±0.032 fig /100ml, işçilerden sigara içmeyenlerde 0.038±0.021ng /lOOml ve p<0.01 derecesinde önemli, testesteron miktarı asfalt işçilerinde sigara içmeyenlerde 631.70*41.09 ng/dL, sigara içenlerde 388.65±29.05 ng/dL ve p<0.01 derecesinde önemli, testesteron miktarı kontrol grubunda sigara içmeyenlerde 657.38±36.04 ng/dL, sigara içenlerde 450.05±30.63 ng/dL ve pO.Ol drecesinde önemli bulunmuştur.

ABSTRACT THE DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT TESTESTERONES HORMONES AND SOME SPECIFIC HEPATIC ENZYMES WITH SOME HEAVY METAL IONS IN BLOOD SERUMS OF THOSE WHO IN RURAL AREAS AND WHO ARE LABORERS ON HEAVY ASPHALT WORKS KANAT, Yeliz Master Thesis, the Department of Bio-chemistry Science Thesis Advisory: Asst Prof. Dr. Nurhayat ATASO Y Ocak 2005, 32 Sayfa In mis study, the effects of lead and cadmium, which are made up of heavy metals, on hepatic enzymes (GOT, GPT) and testesterones hormones have been researched. The research meterials are the bloods taken from those who live in rural areas and are the asphalt laborers of the Van highways. The researches have been implemented by taking the personel characteristics into consideration. The results obtained have been commented on the R value associated with varians analysis by estimating the amount of the hormones and the enzyme activities of the lead and cadmium in the blood samples taken from the loborers and people from the rural areas. The results ob teined have been found out crucial are as follows: - the amount of GOT in the Highway laborers is 23.27±1.09 U/L, and the control group is 23.27±1.02 U/L; - the amount of GPT in the Highway laborers is 23.82±1.75 U/L, and the control group is 20.48±1.61 U/L; the amonut of Pb in the asphalt laborers is 14.64±0.64 ug /100ml, and the control group is 5.04±0.60 jig /100ml and as important as the degree of p<0.01; the amount of Cd in the asphalt laborers 0.161±0.028 ug /lOOmL and the control group is 0.038±0.028 ug /100ml and as important as the degree of pO.01, and in the laborers smoking cigarettes is 0.283±0.028 jig /lOOmL and in the non-smokers is 0.038±0.021 ug /100ml and as important as the degree of p<0.01 ; the amount of testesterones in the asphalt non-smoker laborers is 63 1.70±41.09 ng/dl, and in the cigarette smokers is 388.65*29.05 ng/dl and as important as degree of pO.01. the amount of testesterones in the control non-smoker group is 657.38±36.04 ng/dl, and in the cigarette smokers is 450.05±30.63 ng/dl and as important as the degree of p<0.0 1 ;
