Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, temiz oda tasarımı ve temiz odalarda termoekonomik analiz konusu incelenmiştir. Öncelikle temiz oda tasarımının temel unsurları tanımlanmış ve hastahanede temiz oda sistemlerinin özellikleri belirtilmiş, daha sonra ise temiz oda sistemlerinin analizinde kullanılacak termoekonomik analiz bağıntıları verilmiştir. Teorik bilgilerin kullanılmasıyla, İstanbul'daki bir hastahane için yaz ve kış sezonunda iklimlendirme tesisatı, İstanbul için pik sıcaklıklara göre tasarlanmış, bu tesisattaki klima santralleri, sıcak su kazanları ve su soğutma grupları için ekserji analizi yapılmış ve bu analiz sonuçlan tesisatta ekserji kayıplarını hesaplamak ve ekserji maliyetini belirlenmiştir. Tesisatta ekserji kayıpları; klima santralleri, her bir mahal grubu kanalları, her bir mahal grubu ve egzost kaybı olarak dört başlık altında toplanmıştır. Şartlandırılan havanın maliyeti; santralden kanala gönderilen havanın maliyeti, kanal çıkışındaki havanın maliyeti ve egzost edilen havanın maliyeti olarak üç kısımda incelenmiştir. Daha sonra bu hesaplamalar ışığında, sistem bileşenlerinin maliyet karşılaştırılması yapılmış ve iyileştirme önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT In this study, clean room design and theraioeconomic analysis is examined. First, the main components of clean room design are given and the properties of clean room systems in hospitals are determined. After that, the equations for termoeconomic analysis used in clean room system analysis are written. By using the theorical knowledge, the climatization system for a hospital in Istanbul during summer and winter seasons is design according to maximum temperatures for Istanbul in each season and the results of this analysis is used for calculating the exergy loss and the exergy costs in the system. The exergy loss in the system is divided into four groups; the loss in the air conditioning unit, the loss in ducts for each of the room groups, the loss in each of the room groups and the loss caused by exhaust. The cost of the conditioned air is examined as; the cost of the air sent from the air unit to the duct, the cost of the air while leaving the duct and the cost of the exhausted air. After that, by the use of this calculations the cost comparisons of the sytem components are made and the optimization advices are given.
