Prof. Di. Sedat ÇALIŞIR 2005,Page:41 Jnry:Assoc. Prof Dr. Sedat ÇALIŞIR Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cevat AYDIN Asst. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haydar HACISEFEROĞULLARI in this research, the effeet on impeller material and characteristics of centri&gal pump for 3" using irrigation of different süt mixing rate were determined. The experiment was designed to use three levels of şilt mixed rate, ranging from 1% to 5%, and three different materials (cast iron, sfero and hronze) of impeller pump. The results show that, system efficiency, pressure and flow rate of pump decreased while power consumption and wear of impeller were increasing as increasing of şilt mixing rate. At the some amount of şilt mbcing, the least and most performance were obtained the cast iron and hronze respectively. KEY WODRS: Centrifugal pump, şilt mbdng rate, wear. iv
