Özet
ABSTRACT Sera domates yetiştiriciliğinde koltuk sürgünleri ile fide eldesinin ürüne etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmanın fide döneminde fide kalitesi üzerinde de durulmuştur. İlk 6 koltuktan 3-5 cm ve 5-10 cm boyda 50' şer adet alınan kol tuk sürgünlerinin köklendirilmesiyle elde edilen fideler ile tohum yoluyla elde edilen fideler denemeye alınmıştır. Koltuk sürgünlerinin köklendirilmesi ve tohum yoluyla elde edilen fideler arasında fide kalitesi yönünden istatistiki anlamda fark olmadığı saptanmıştır. Verim açısından ise tohum yoluyla elde edilen fideler ile 4. koltuk sürgünlerinden 3-5 cm ve 5-10 cm boyda iken alınıp köklendirilen fideler denemeye alınmıştır. Erkenci üründe 5-10 cm boydaki koltuk sürgünlerinden köklendirilen bitkiler en iyi sonucu vermesine rağmen, toplam üründe uygulamalar arasında istatistiki anlamda bir fark bulunmamıştır. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of seedlings raised from side-shoots on the yield and seedling quality of tomatoes. Seedlings obtained from the rooting of side-shoots, (3 to 5 cm and 5 to 10 cm) up to the 7 node, were compared with seed-raised ones. The differences between the seedlings were not found as statistically significant in respect to the seedling quality. It was found that the side-shoots (5 to 10 cm) taken from the A node were effective on the earliness, whereas there were not any statistically significant differences among the applications on the total yield.
