Özet
ÖZET Sodyum borohidrürün ester grubunu ester grubunu indirgemediği keton, aldehit ve asit klorürleri indirgediği bilinmektedir. Çalışmamızda tipik doymamış alifatik, aromatik esterleri sentezleyip NaBH4. ile indirgenme reaksiyonlarını araştırdık. Etilasetoasetatın oda sıcaklığında sadece keton grubunun indirgendiği, yüksek sıcaklıkta ise ester grubunun da indirgendiğidir. spektrumundan anlaşıldı. Metilbenzoatın oda sıcaklığında indirgenmediği, fakat etanolun kaynama noktasında ve fazla NaBH4, ile yavaş indirgendiği anlaşıldı. o-, m-, p-Klorometilbenzoat esterlerinin indirgenme kolaylığının o- > m- > p-klorometilbenzoat şeklinde olduğu anlaşıldı. Asetilsalisilikasit ve m-, p-nitrometilbenzoatın indirgenmesi incelendi, indirgenme kolaylığı asetilsalisilikasit > p- > m-nitrometilbenzoat sırasında olduğu anlaşıldı. Ayrıca 3, 5-dinitrometilbenzoat indirgenme reaksiyonu araştırıldı, 3, 5-dinitrometilbenzoat en kolay indirgenen ester olduğu gözlendi.

VI SUMMARY It is known that sodyum borohidride doesn't reduce ester group but of reduces the ketone, aldehiyde an acid chlarides. In our study we were syntesized typical unsaturated aromatic esters and were investigated the reduction reaction of these subtances with NaBH4.. It was understood from ı.r. spektra that only ketone group of ethyl acetoacetate reducted at room temperature, but the ester group of ethy 1 acetoacetate was reduced at hight temperature. The methy lbenzoate was not reduced at room tempreture but reduced slowly at the boiling point of ethanol by using on excess amount of NABH.. 4 It was understood that the easiness of the reduction of o-, m-, and p-chl oromethy 1 benzoattes were in the order of o- > m- > p-ch 1 oromethy 1 benzoate. Acety 1 satici 1 ic acid and m-, p-ni tromethy 1 benzoates reductions were also investigated. It was understood that the easiness of reduction was in the order of acety 1 sal ici 1 ic acid > p- > m-ni tromethy 1 benzoate. Besides reduction reaction of 3, 5-dini tromethy lbenzoate were also investigated and were observed that 3,5- d ini tromethy 1 benzoate was the most easily reduced ester.
