ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi Pellia endiviifolia (Dicks.) Dum., Porella platyphylla (L. ) Preiff. ve Porella cordaeana (Hüb.) Moore. CİĞEROTLARININ UÇUCU BİLEŞİKLERİ Biyolog BURCU EROL Anadolu Üniversitesi Sağhk Bilimieri Enstitüsü Farmakognozi Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof. Dr. K. H. C. Başer Ağustos 2004 Bu çalışmada Ciğerotları sınıfından Pelîiaceae ve Porellaceae familyasından Pellia endiviifolia, Porella platyphylla ve Porella cordaeana cinslerinin dietileter ile maserasyonları yapılmıştır. Ekstrelere tepe boşluğu KFME tekniği uygulanarak uçucu bileşenler yakalanmış, GK ve GK/KS sistemleriyle analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Pellia endiviifolia için izovalerik asit, fenol, benzaldehit ve naftalen, Porella platyphylla için (3-fellandren ve fenol, Porella cordaeana için P-fellandren'in ana bileşik olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca ciğerotu bileşikleri pinguisanin türevleri, sandviken, a- mikrobioten, trifara-9,17-dien, nardosina-9,ll-dien ve tritomaren'in varlığı tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT Master of Science Thesis COMPOSITION OF LIVERWORTS Pellia endiviifolia (Dicks.) Dnm., Porella plafyphylla (L. ) Preiff. and Porella cordaeana (Hub.) Moore. Biologist BURCU EROL Anadolu University Graduate School of Health Sciences Department of Pharmacognosy Supervisor : Prof. Dr. K. H. C. Baser Agust 2004 Volatile components of Pellia endiviifolia (Dicks.) Dum., Porella platyphylla (L. ) Preiff. and Porella cordaeana (Hub.) Moore collected from the Antalya province obtained by maceration and captured by Headspace-SPME were analysed by GC and GC/MS. Main constituents were determined as isovaleric acid, phenol, benzaldehyde and naphthalene for Pellia endiviifolia, as p-phellandrene and phenol for Porella platyphylla, as p-phellandrene for Porella cordaeana. Liverwort constituents as pinguisanine derivatives, sandvikene, a-microbiotene, trifara-9,14-diene, nardosina- 9,1 1-diene and tritomarene were also detected.
