Özet
Bu çalışmada, ev veya iş yerlerinde bulunan elektrikli cihazların GSM ağlarını kullanımı île uzaktan kontrolü gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca sistemin bulunduğu ortamda oluşabilecek alarm durumlarının kullanıcılara anında iletillektrikli cihazlar ve güvenlik sistemlerinin cep telefonuyla uzaktan denetlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Sistem, ana kontrol ünitesi, sesli mesaj birimleri, GSM telefon ve akü şarj biriminden oluşmaktadır. Sistem ile 4 adet cihazın uzaktan on/off kontrolü yapılabilmekte, yapılan her kontrolün ardından, kullanıcılar sesli mesajlar ile bilgilendirilmektedir. Sistem kontrol ünitesi ATMEL 8051 serisi mikrodenetleyici ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sisteme 4 grup algılayıcı bağlanabilmektedir. Oluşabilecek alarm durumlarında, GSM telefon, kullanıcılar tarafından önceden belirlenen 3 numarayı aramakta ve alarm bilgisini sesli mesaj olarak iletmektedir. Sistemin akü ile beslenmesiyle sistemin çalışmasında süreklilik sağlanmaktadır. Uzaktan kontrol ve güvenlik uygulamalarında, iletişim kanalı olarak GSM hatlarının kullanılması ile sabit telefon hatlarının kullanılmasından doğabilecek sorunlar giderilmiştir.

In this study, the remote control of electrical equiments which are at home or workplaces has been implemented bu using GSM networks. Also, the system which in environment will be able to any alarm situations have been provided to transmit instantly to the users. The system consists of the main control unit, voiced message units, a GSM telephone and accumulator charging unit. The on/off control of the four equipments is able to be performed with the system, after each control action, the users are informed by the voiced messages. The control unit of system has been implemented by using Atmel 8051 series microcontroller. Four groups of sensor are able to be connected to the system, in alarm situations, GSM telephone calls three numbers which determined previously by the users and transmits the alarm information to the users with voiced messages. Feeding accumulator to the system provides continuity of system's working. The problems may be occured with the use of fixed telephone lines have been solved by using of the GSM networks as a communication channel in the remote control and security applications.Key Words Remote Control, Security Systems, Alarm Control
