KONUT YAŞAM ÇEVRESİNİN OLUŞMASINDA KULLANICI PROFİLİNİN ETKİLERİ: ERYAMAN VE BEYSUKENT/PLANLAMACILAR SİTESİ (ANKARA) ÖRNEKLERİ LEVENT HANSU GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Haziran 2004 ÖZET Türkiye'de kentleşme, 1980'li yıllarda ekonomik, sosyal ve politik alanlarda ortaya çıkan değişikliklere paralel olarak kırdan kentte göçleri, özellikle büyükşehiriere olan talebi artırmıştır. Bu dönemde Ankara hızla göç almış ve Toplu Konut İdaresinin kurulmasıyla birlikte toplu konut projeleri hızlanmıştır. Yine aynı dönemde kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarınca üretilen konut kooperatifleri kentte konut ihtiyacını karşılamaya çalışmıştır. Eryaman 4.etap ve Beysukent-Planlamacılar sitesi bu dönemde yapılan konutlardır. Bu araştırmada farklı gelir gruplarına dayalı, farklı kullanıcı profillerinin konut ve konut yaşam çevresinden beklentileri basit rastlantısal örneklem yöntemiyle Eryaman 4.etap ve Beysukent/Planlamacılar sitesi örnekleri üzerinde araştırılmıştır. İki konut bölgesinde yapılan araştırmalara göre Beysukent ve Planlamacılar sitesinde kullanıcılann el değiştirmesiyle üst gelir grubu bireyler konut ve konut çevresini istedikleri gibi yeniden yapılandırırken, Eryaman 4.Etapta kullanıcıların konut fiyatlarının uygun olmasından dolayı bu bölgeyi seçtikleri, konutun çevresinden çok konutun kendisinin önemli olduğu görülmüştür. II THE EFFECTS OF RESIDENTS' PROFILES IN THE FORMATION OF HOUSING LIFE ENVIRONMENT: ANALYSISES OF ERYAMAN AND BEYSUKENT/PLANLAMACILAR COMPLEX LEVENT HANSU GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY June 2004 ABSTRACT The urbanization in Turkey, regording to the changes appeared in the area of politics, social and economics in 1880's, increased the emigration from towns to the cities and especially the demanding for the big cities. In this period of time, Ankara used to have emigration rapidly and the projects of housing estate gained speed with being established the Administration of Housing Estate Also at the same time wiht that period, the residental building cooperations constructed by the public housing administration, tried to meet the housing in the cities. Eryaman 4th stage and Beysukent/Planner Housing Estale are the dwellings construcled at that time. In this research, different users profiles leaning on different levels of income groups' expecttions for the residental buildings and ite environment has been researched with the method of simple sample survey on the examples of Eryaman 4 th slage and Planners Housing Estate.
