ÖZET ] YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ HADİM, TAŞKENT (KONYA), SARIVELİLER (KARAMAN) YÖRESİ BALLARINDA POLEN ANALİZİ BİLAL TUNÇ SELÇUK ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ BİYOLOJİ ANABİLİM DALI Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Yavuz BAĞCI 2004, Sayfa: 90 Jüri: Doç. Dr. Hüseyin DURAL : Yrd. Doç. Dr. Yavuz BAĞCI :Yrd. Doç. Dr. Cahit DOĞAN Hadim, Taşkent (Konya) ve Sanveliler (Karaman) yöresinden 2002 yılında toplanan 21 bal örneğinde polen analizi yapılmıştır. Bu örneklerin 10 gramında bulunan toplam polen sayısı (TPS 10) ve bu polenlerin ait olduğu bitki taksonları tespit edilmiştir.. Bal örneklerinden 1 1 tanesinin polence fakir (0-20.000), 6 tanesinin normal (20.000 - 100.000), 1 tanesinin zengin (100.000 - 500.000) ve 3 tanesinin çok zengin (500.000 - 1.000.000) ballar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bal örneklerinde 10'u familya, 53'ü cins ve 2 'si tür düzeyinde olmak üzere toplam 65 taksona ait polen tespit edilmiştir. Achillea, Astragalus ve Onobrychis l'er örnekte, Trifolium'a ait polenler ise 7 örnekte dominant (%>50) olarak bulundu. Bal örneklerinde polenleri en yaygın olan familyalar Fabaceae, Asteraceae, Lamiaceae, Rosaceae, Apiaceae, Boraginaceae, Scrophulariaceae ve Plantaginaceae 'dir.

Dr. Cahit DO?AN Pollen analysis were made in 21 samples of honey from Hadim, Taşkent (Konya) and Sarıveliler (Karaman) region in 2002. In the samples of honey, the number of pollen in 10 gr honey (TPS 10) and different pollens were found. In eleven samples of honey were poor in pollen (0 - 20.000), six samples of honey were normal in pollen(20.000 - 100.000), one of the sample was riche in pollen (100.000-500.000) and three of them were very rich in pollen (500.000-1.000.000) these were found from the samples honey in pollen (500.000- 1.000.000), and these were found from the samples honey which was searehed. The result of checking samples of honey in pollen; A total of 65 taxa refeable to 10 families, 53 genera, 2 species recorded in honey samples. Achillea, Astragalus and Onobrychis were found in one sapmle, Trifolium in seven samples were considered as dominant (%>50).The mast crowded families in samples of honey are Fabaceae, Aster aceae, Rosaceae, Apiaceae, Boraginaceae, Scrophulariceae and Plantaginaceae.
