Özet
VI ÖZET KAZANILMIŞ DEĞER PROJE YÖNETİMİ Proje yönetimi ilgili projenin hedeflerine ulaşmak için gerekli olan en iyi uygulamaları kapsar. Proje yönetimi, projeler ve proje yönetimi genel çerçevesi, proje hedeflerine ulaşmak için iç içe geçmiş bir şekilde kullanılır. Proje amacı, zaman ve maliyet parametrelerini kapsayan proje üçlüsü, projenin başarıya ulaşması, istenilen doğrultuda gidilmesi konusunda genel bir çerçeve sunarlar. Kazanılmış Değer Proje Yönetimi, bu amaca en iyi hizmet eden, geçerliliği ve doğruluğu kanıtlanmış bir proje sistemidir. Kazanılmış Değer Proje Yönetimi çalışmaları, proje amacı, planlama, maliyet araçları, proje amaçlarına ulaşmak için gerekli olan ana planın oluşturulmasını kapsar. Sistem problem tanımı, düzeltmeler ve tekrar planlama için basit bir sistem sunar. Bu çalışmada, kazanılmış değer proje yönetiminin herhangi bir alanda ve dünya çapında kullanılabilmesi için basitlendirilmiş hali incelenmiştir.

ABSTRACT EARNED VALUE PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project management involves the application of best practices to meet project objectives. Project management, projects, and the framework are integrative in that they require focusing on goals or objectives, balancing competing demands, and leveraging feedback to ensure the goals or objectives are achieved given the competing demands. The project triple constraint, which includes project scope, time, and cost parameters, provides a framework for evaluating competing demands, integrating processes and their interactions, and ultimately achieving project objectives and goals. The EVMS guidelines incorporate best business practices for project management systems that have proven to provide strong benefits for project or enterprise planning and control. The processes include integration of programme scope, schedule and cost objectives, establishment of a baseline plan for accomplishment of programme objectives, and use of earned value techniques for performance measurement during the execution of a programme. The system provides a sound basis for problem identification, corrective actions, and management replanning that may be required. In this thesis, a simplified earned value concept has been defined as a broad-based project management tool for universal applications in all industries.
