Özet
Bu çalışma 2002-2004 yılları arasında kıyı Ege Bölgesinde doğadan toplanan, ticareti yapılan ve ticari potansiyel taşıyan geofitlerin, rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle saptanan populasyonlanmn yoğunluklarını ve GPS yardımıyla kordinatlanm belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bölgede tespit edilen taksonlann populasyonlanmn yoğun olarak gözlemlediği lokalitelerde örnek alanlar saptanarak, populasyon yoğunlukları belirlenmiş ve kordinatlan kayıt edilmiştir. Çalışmalar sonucunda 7 familyaya ait 85 takson tespit edilmiş olup, bu taksonlardan 7' si endemiktir. Eldeki verilere dayanarak; Çalışma sahamızda saptadığımız geofît taksonlanmn populasyonlanm genelde lokal alanlarla sınırlı olduğu, özellikle Chionodoxa forbesii, Chionodoxa luciliae, Chionodoxa sardensis, Galanthus gracilis, Iris suaveolens taksonlan, Colchicum ve Sternbergia cinsine ait taksonlarda ve Orchidaceae familyasına ait taksonlarda yayılışlarının dar alanlarla sınırlı olduğu saptanmıştır.

This study was carried out between 2002-2004 in order to identifying the density of populations of geophytes which are gathered from nature, are traded and carry a trade potential on the coastal Aegean region. The study was also carried out inorder to identify the coordinates of said geophytes with the help of GPS. The populations were determined by random releve. The releves where choosen population densities were determined and their coordinates were recorded. İn localities where the populations of taxa identified in the region were observed. At the end of the study 85 taxa belonging to 7 families were identified. Of those, 7 taxa ere endemic. The determined that the populations of the geophytes taxa were generally limited to local areas, especially the distribution of Chionodoxa forbesii, Chionodoxa luciliae, Chionodoxa sardensis, Galanthus gracilis, Iris suaveolens taxa, taxa belonging to Colchicum and Sternbergia genus and taxa belonging to Orchidaceae family were limited to small areas.
