SUMMARY This study which about adult education in tradi tion of Prophet Muhammed is include an introduction and three chapter. The first chapter that follow the introduction 9 talked about genaral education t is explained adult edu*- cation in addition to living periods of people and factors which efect adult5 s actions. And than the same charter call attention to Prophet8 s friends who were adults, Every science have got some methods,, So the edu cation has got some methods too. Therefore The Prophet had used some methods, in educating to his friends who were adults, These methods are three kinds Direct educati on methods, indirect education methods and general educa tion methods that can used "both of them. The second chap ter tells us all of them one by one* The third chapter explains genaral education prog rammes which are the Prophet had used in education to his friends. These are five: Reading and writing» language education, good health education, military training and professional training* Although the Prophet had used' more of these methods we saw fit to the general five. Because the other methods were special* But these special methods may be independently studies. The last part includes an evaluation «,
